I brought this watch for both its style and robustness. Upon arrival, I was pleased by its quality and accuracy of time and measurement of steps.In addition, I would like to comment on the after sales service of the seller. Unfortunately, one of the clock hands came adrift so I was a bit perplexed as to what to do as it seemed to be a sealed unit. On contacting the seller, I received a prompt response and was advised to take the watch to a jeweller for repair. However, the jeweller did not want to attempt a repair so the on contacting the seller again, they advised to return the watch to them (in China) and that the would repair it.Over the period of a few weeks, the seller kept in touch with me and let me know both when they received the watch and when they sent it back following the repair. I cannot thank them enough for the after sales service and as such would strongly recommend them as a seller of good quality goods.Its been two weeks since I got the watch back and even now, they have contacted me to see if the watch is still working and ok.All in all a great product and even greater service.

The Good:The quality of the watch is good, especially for the price!The analogue watch is ok, very cheap lookingThe led screen is good, seems to show all the functionality.Has raise to wakeCan be used as BLE tracker with 3rd party apps.The BAD:Battery life is weird, if you restart the watch it eats almost a quarter of the battery? - otherwise seems to last long enough (days)The app is awful (Jyoupro) - shows incoming calls, texts, but limits your app notifications to basic things like whatsapp.Contrary to the screenshots of the app, there is no 3rd party sync to likes of Google Fit or any!, so your data is stuck inside the one useless app.The two additional windows RUN & Heart Rate don’t do anything? - guess they are there for show, I thought they would flash or illuminate when in use.Finally, if you're planning to try and connect this to 3rd party Bluetooth apps such as Gadgetbridge, it does not work, I tried to debug it as it’s BLE but it does not show any endpointsSummary, for the price this does make you wonder why other hybrid watches are so expensive, it is pretty good hardware, shame it’s linked to a useless app and the hardware is locked down, if gadgetbridge add support it will be worthwhile!

The watch is certainly stylish and robust and provides good value within its price range. For my personal requirements I found that the functionality did not meet my needs and perhaps I should consider a higher price range to achieve my goals. There is no limit to how much one may choose to spend on a smart watch and the decision comes down to individual choice. I chose to return the watch and the supplier's customer care was very helpful in making the process easy and fast, providing packaging, free collection and a full refund. It is encouraging to know that the company is trustworthy and honest, hence my good overall rating.

Purchase this on recommendation of a friend, who knew I had been looking at Smart Watch. I had reviewed several well known products, but was assured this was as good and far easier to use.He was 100% correct. It arrived within 2 days, well packed and literally no chance of damage to the watch. Box contained 2 charger base's cable , instructions and watch . Follow shortly through Amazon.co.uk a message from the seller, on warranty and where to obtain information on it, not a service you get from a premium brand. Instructions were clear and extremely simple to follow, only small problem is to ensure you select the JYouPro on the App and not the main App. Information loaded to phone without any problems, and transfers from watch to phone in no time , givening you excellent information. The watch is fairly large and was not keen on the strap to start with, but for the price, customer service, its a no brainer excellent purchase and first rate value for money. Can not recommend highly enough. Excellent purchase.

Disappointed with product cannot set up the time and manual no help at all to set up anythingPlus one cell does not light up. Plus one cell does not light upAnd manual does not provide any input how toWork the watch - not as advertised which look easy

The watch looks good but the instruction booklet is far too small. I found it difficult to follow especially as it would not sinc with my iphone, I could not answer the above questions because I did not get it working.Sorry but I am returning the phone.

I only used it one day a week...but after nearly a year it stoped working..First the clock face stopped then the blood pressure didnt register..Nice looking watch for the money and looked well made..but mine wasnt

After reading bit of mixed reviews I was bit hesitant to buy this watch however price and look of this watch attract me. Using it for few weeks I definitely recommend this watch. Blood pressure reading accurate for me, battery life is around 10 days , it vibrates when your phone rings and you can see message on this watch too. You cant answer the call through this watch . For me I just wants to see who is calling which i can see caller name on the watch.
