**NOT AGAINST ANY OTHER STARTER OR ADVANCED WHEEL BRANDS/MODELS, OR OTHER USER OPINIONS OF SAME OR OTHER PRODUCTS.** -LOVE IT.... in my opinion......the Logitech G920 is hands down AMAZING for myself being a first time wheel user (switching from controller). I Play on PC, and the game I first tried using the G920 was F1 2021. It took less than 30 minutes to position the pedals on my office carpet/ mounting the wheel to my desk and connecting cables. The SOFTWARE (Logitech G-Hub) for the G920 is very nice and simple for initially setting up your overall configurations for the wheel and throttle/brake/clutch pedals. It took me maybe 2-3 hours across about only 2-3 days to get used to my settings/feedback/calibration preferences, which was WAY quicker than I thought it would take. VERY CLEAN and responsive dual-motor force feedback. EVEN without setting the feedback strength to 100% in game yet it performs amazing. The G920 works likewise on iRacing as well! **BRAKE FOOT PETAL IS VERY FIRM AND THAT WAS MY ONLY INITIAL CONCERN FROM REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING THE G920......HOWEVER!!! LIKE MANY OTHERS HAVE DONE, I SIMPLY AND GLADLY CHANGED THE BRAKE BINDING TO THE CLUTCH PEDAL CONSIDERING THAT IN F1 GAMES, THE CLUTCH IS ONLY USED FOR RACE STARTS/LAUNCHES AND IS NOT USED OR NEEDED FOR MANUAL PADDLE SHIFTING, (Bind set up works for holding the clutch while waiting for lights to go out to launch/start a race followed then by using the same pedal (clutch) for any braking done in game). - OVERALL.......THE G920 PERFORMS ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS. I LOVE THE BUILD QUALITY OF THE WHEEL MATERIAL/FEELING/RESPONSE/ETC.....ALSO THE G920 DOES NOT HAVE A CHEAP FEELING AT ALL. THE QUALITY IS SUPERIOR FOR THE PRICE!! .... Not even pressing on the pedals and it shows full input on all 3 pedals. Doesn't change if I use them. Playing any racing game the accelerator and clutch pedal are combined. Sometimes the accelerator will go up to 30-50% and I have to press the clutch to reach 100% as if they were combined eventho that box remains unchecked. I let it go a few months hoping it was driver related, constantly Uninstalling and reinstalling different drivers but nothing has changes. Worse experience I've had in a LONG time. Waste of money. I hope I can get warranties or my money back. So frustrating, so disappointing. ***Update*** After some rough customer service via web chat and trying to warranty the product and waited for the warranty email I had never received, I was sure it was a hardware defect and not a software defect. I found a pinch in the main wire whip right by the pedal assembly. After rewiring the 5 wires with solder+water proof heatshrink, the pedals worked phenomenally!!! I do like logitec but it seems like their QC has gone south quite a bit. I had a $100 keyboard that lasted just passed the warranty as well as a g502 hero Special Edition mouse. I went back to my worn OG-502 and no other mouse compares... So about the setup... Finally aving some seat time on the PC with the G920 wheel, pedals, and 6 speed shifter with the addition of a USB handbrake..... the experience is u parallel.. it work from Forza to spin tires, it work with every driving game. If you like racing games or sims and don't want to drop over 1k for an indoor pass time or hobby but get great force feedback and a unique feel to every pedal. Then definitely gamble and get one of these logitecs. If you have a few extra bills to blow, get something better and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. ***Update, a month or so after this review I found a fault in the wiring, I cut out the bad section and spliced the wires back together, works great, great product. I bought my friend one as a gift after I fixed my own.*** I would buy again. But I already did :)

I never liked trying to play a racing game with the standard Xbox controller, but I put up with it for years, not wanting to spend the money on a wheel. Well, I finally took the plunge and after first buying the wrong one (the PS version) I got this one when it was on sale around Christmas. At first, I made a crude stand for it using two plastic sawhorses and 3/4" plywood. It worked ok, but wasn't ideal. Plus, we were finishing the room it was in and that setup wasn't going to fly. So, I bought an adjustable wheel stand. The G920 mounted to it pretty easily and it's stable enough to handle the most aggressive driving. As for the G920 itself, it's been great. I did learn quickly that you have to adjust it within the games or it can be more difficult to handle than the controller. I had constant oversteer in corners of Forza Horizon games until I looked up some tips on what input variables to adjust. Now, it works great. I've ordered the shifter. I know that manual shifting is dying out in real vehicles, but I still enjoy it and look forward to that addition in the near future. My only complaint is that the USB cable isn't long enough. In my setup, it's hanging in the air when the wheel stand is in its position and its plugged into the Xbox. I guess I can get an extender, but haven't done so yet. The wheel and pedals are pretty well made and feel fairly solid. The paddle shifters work well and the force feedback is pretty strong. It has taken some adjustment on my part as when I used the standard controller, I accepted that it was a video game and wouldn't feel like driving a real car or truck. With the wheel, I kind of expected it to feel EXACTLY like a real car, but there is a bit of numbness--even though the wheel tries to transmit some road feel. As this is the only wheel/pedal setup I've ever used, I can't compare it to others, but I've been extremely happy with it so far and the addition of the shifter is sure to make it even more enjoyable.

The pedals are good quality but the brake is FAR too stiff. If you get this i recommend taking the rubber bit out from the brake pedal. That requires you to disassemble the pedal housing and that’s annoying. The wheel is good but it’s a bit loud and can be jerky or rattle at times. The buttons on the wheel are good feeling and it is nice to drive. Good starter kit

This product is of high quality and easy to set up and use. I'm using it with my Xbox one for now until I get a PC, and with that, it is plug-and-play. Simply set it up, and use it in-game. I noticed the brake pedal is very stiff, which is an issue only if you do not use a stand (I recommend the Wheel Stand Pro). For the price, this is the best set up a user can get. I found that I did not need to adjust pedals or make any changes once I got my stand as well. The shifter does feel a little plasticky, but it has a nice short throw like a sports car and works very well. I like the push-down reverse too. This wheel makes your driving, and racing sim games feel like real life. It's an incredible product, just definitely get a stand you can mount the pedals on as the brake pedal is too stiff without one and feels unrealistic. Once you have a stand, it makes a world of difference. Edit: I've now had this product for a couple of months, and I wanted to update my review to give other buyers a sense of how it's holding up. I game a lot just to be clear, and I play racing games with this wheel and shifter 75% of the time I would say. I have not noticed any reduction in force feedback over time so far. Everything still feels solid on the wheel and its working great. The pedals are now broken in, so the brake pedal that I was complaining feels too stiff now feels much better and more realistic. The springs now feel broken in, not weaker though, the springs still have nice rebound and resistance. The shifter still is where I feel like the setup feels like a toy compared to the pedals and wheel, but it doesn't feel like it is falling apart or anything like that. It still works great. I have begun noticing some issues, specifically in-game in Project Cars 2 and Dirt Rally 2.0, where the wheel does not respond at all, but I'm thinking that's an Xbox issue, and I'm actually just about finished building a gaming PC so I will test those games out there and I'm guessing there will be no issues. I'll update this review again soon!

Alright, I'll preface this by saying I'm not a racing sim person. Never have been. I'd gotten an earlier version of Forza for the Xbox 360 out of curiosity, and my son enjoyed it a bit, but neither of us really got into it, being into first person shooters instead on the consoles... But in April I grabbed an Oculus Rift, and of course one of the things I ultimately had to try was a racing game, and it really turned it into a different experience. Enough that I decided I needed to try a wheel and pedals to control it, not just the Xbox controller. So I did some digging, and this was the one that seemed to hit the right price point and was supported in the Project Cars game I have on the Oculus system. Setting up couldn't be much easier - I was clamping it to my PC stand (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B001BBKNI6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and that actually worked quite well, but I did end up just ordering an actual racing wheel stand this evening to improve the experience. The only thing I would've wanted them to change is to have some kind of plate or bar on the bottom to help hold all the cables in place as you're getting things set up. There are small channels underneath this, where they run, so they're recessed and this sits flat on the surface you're clamping it to. But I had issues with a short cable getting pulled out the first time I was setting things up. Having something that slid over that to help keep them in place would've been nice. But it's a minor annoyance, wasn't even worth dropping a star. So once you get things plugged into this, you can connect it to power, but don't plug into the PC until you've installed the software, which will then prompt you to connect the USB cable. I did this on Windows 10, and had no issues. There was a firmware update right away, so I ran that as well. Then it was time to play. Project Cars in the Oculus had support for this, so that's what I tried first, and then realized that this is apparently a game that reverses the pedals by default, so I had to go into the options and remap all three pedals to get it to work. But once I did that, I was quite blown away by the experience. Having never used a racing wheel before, I didn't expect the force holding the wheel in place. I expected force feedback as things happened, but I didn't realize how firmly this wheel was going to hold the center position. But it's awesome since it really helps keep you stable. Most of the video reviews and such talked about how it takes time to convert from a controller to a wheel, and that you can expect to "relearn" since it's a whole different experience. I didn't have that issue, since my racing sim gaming was so minimal. I took to it quite quickly, and inside of about three or four races, I had a good feel for it, and my performance soared compared to the hand held controller. Many people complain about the bright light on the wheel above the Xbox button. For me, not an issue since I have a headset on for the VR system, but I can see how that would be annoying if you're using monitors. Nothing a bit of tape wouldn't solve, but I think the least they could have done is had an option in the software settings to turn the light off altogether. Button placement is alright, I wish they had been a little closer to the wheel's edges to make it easier to hit, but they're not hard to get at as they are, just not quite as ergonomic as I would've hoped. Unit is pretty quiet as well. I see a lot of people complain about the brake pedal being stiff, and it certainly is, compared to the others, but for me it isn't an issue. I may not know enough about these though to have the "right feel" for how it SHOULD be, and that may be why it doesn't bother me. But as a total racing sim tyro, it's not causing me any issues at all. For me, this really became a "Wow, I'm sure glad I got this!" kind of an item the first day I had it. With the VR headset, this really completes the immersion. And when it's on this desk I'm using right now, and I"m on the bench in front of the setup, my hands are EXACTLY where they show up in the Oculus, so the illusion is complete for me. Feels great, love the resistance in turns since that really helps me keep on track and not spin out as much, and while the price seems steep to me, I didn't have many options considering I'm on a Windows 10 PC and may use it on the Xbox One as well at some point. But while the price was steep, I'm looking at it as one of those, "You get what you pay for" things. It completes the illusion of actually racing, and that made the price point less of an issue for me.

Before the support praise. I wanted to say the steering wheel feels solid. Software Settings allow for u to customize resistance when turning, how fast and hard it centers from a turn and the pedals feel solid. The only complain I have is the break has like a rubber grommet inside it that makes it super hard to press to 100%. You’ll probably normally hit 80%, u gotta lock in to hit 100. Online I saw some people removed the grommet by taking it apart but I didn’t want no resistance. Plus I’m sure it would have voided my warrenty which came in clutch! Now for the support review praise. I got my wheel like 9 months ago, I use it rarely, probably had ~25 hours of use over 9 months, and like 3 days ago I went to use it after like 4 months and it wouldn’t turn on. I was fuming cause it didn’t look like Amazon was gonna do anything. But I went to Logitech support and started a chat instead of a call because they were closed thinking they aren’t gonna do shit because it’s a chat but I was wrong. I could tell I had an actual person which shouldn’t be a concern but it is nowadays. And they helped me through some simple quick troubleshooting steps to try and fix it. I was expecting 20 messages of try this even tho it’ll do nothing. But nope, he sent me 2 messages of reasonable steps to try and when I said still not working, they said ok give us ur info we will send a request for a replacement. I was thinking maybe they’ll send a box in 2 weeks, then I’ll send my device and wait a month and then I’ll get an email if I qualified, then another 2-3 weeks till I get it. Wrong again, 3 days after the chat I got an email that said I qualified and a replacement is being sent and the next day I got the tracking number expecting 2-3 weeks, it said 4 days. They completely turned me around, I’m super grateful how great they were. My replacement will be here in 2 days, they said don’t throw away the old one for alittle but after I get the replacement cause they may ask that I return it for test. I love that they did it this way, I got a SUPER quick replacement and the only down side is I gotta keep the broke one in my closet for a week or 2. BEST customer support experience ever. Also I’d like to note, when I googled my issue to try and fix it people were saying theirs were 3-8! Years old when they had the problem, so my case was definitely not Normal they seem to last a while
