Very easy to use in practise, one thing I did notice is that the seal of the bottle lid against the bottle mouth isn't perfect, in use you'll notice expanding air hissing past the seal, but at least there is no worry of blow back when being used. I would recommend carrying the bottle when it has been used with the spout above the handle with its base vertical as opposed to its in use horizontal position to further reduce the risk of spillage. The length of piping as standard is ample and likely to be an advantage for the more infirm. Another word of advice would be to always have the bottle on its flat base at a level lower than the user.Because it is plastic and as such is likely to pick up taints and odours it is vitally important to empty and rinse it at the earliest opportunity and occasionally fill and immerse the whole assembly in something like 'Miltons' made up as per recommended concentration for a couple of hours to ensure full hygiene and stop any odours before they start.

Having suffered a serious illness, have to take water tablets, which causes one to pass an awful lot of water particularly at night, sometimes as much as nine or 10 times causing sleep disturbance, found this on Amazon and decided to purchase it and have used it ever since, it's a great product, certainly make life easier for me, and you can always take it and use it in the car on a long journey.
