Part M is not sturdy
I do love this bed. I think it’s beautiful wood finish, the four corners seem very sturdy, and it took us 2 hours to put together. However, the pieces that stand up under the bed, particularly M, which supports the entire middle, does not firmly secure to the bed. There are crown bolts in this piece, but when you screw into them, the crown bolts slide right out and Part M isn’t secure. It’s fallen out every single time we’ve gotten into this bed. Last night we were so careful not to move and at 2 am, M collapsed again. I contacted customer service when we noticed the issue last week, they sent us a new M piece, and when I installed it yesterday it did the exact same thing.My plan today is to go buy wood glue to secure the crown bolts inside the piece. I’m very curious if any others had this issue and what they did about it.Customer service was so fast though! I sent them a message about the part on Thursday and had a new one in my mailbox on Tuesday.

Nice bed for the money.
Nice looking bed. Becareful of using the incorrect bolts. I placed the longer bolt and cracked part of the outside particle finish. Instructions are vague. Overall, I am very satisfied.
