IT's so weird how quickly this worked but it did. As far as the dose, I must've been REALLY deficient despite eating a nutrient rich diet. I feel really good. Really happy. Music sounds better. Life feels more enjoyable. this absolutely vanquished my depression. As far as that goes, I believe if you are a low histamine person like I am, this is the way to go to kickstart your life into positive direction..Things I noticed- Slight mild sense of euphoria/focus- Colors are much brighter and more intense than before.- Incredibly outgoing mood despite being "introvert"- Automatically assuming best intention of people- Confidence GALORE ( I fearlessly told a few girls I liked them with favorable responses whereas before I'd freeze and overanalyze everything)- Focus. I only got about 6-7 hours of sleep but I felt RESTED.I am going to continue to take this with folate, and b6 and zinc and I think I will be back to feeling like myself again :DI think long term it may be safer to take the 1000mcg but I feel rather fantastic on this stuff.WARNING : If you are a high histamine person, this could potentially trigger a panic attack as this stuff brings on an intense feeling of goodness and joy for those who lack that.Vitamin b12 is amazing.

I have been using it for more than 5 years. It is the best on the market in my opinion. I take it after breakfast, it taste good like having a berry candy. Within an hour you will have more energy. Do not take it past 2 pm or you might have a hard time to fall asleep at night.

4/13/17:I tried these for over a year, and they worked well. I can say I do not like them as well as those that are made by Wonder Laboratories, but they were cheaper. They work into your system rather quickly! I had scaled back on the usage for about a week because I thought I would be ok. After sending a message over to my GP about my weird nerve issues, I was instructed to go back to my every other day usage. Within 24 hours, the nerve issues ceased in my hands and feet!!!I'm on a quest at the moment to determine if there are other products out there just as good, or even better, than this Jarrow version of the methyl-B12. This is the ONLY form of B12 I can take, so it's extremely important for me to find what really works at a price I can afford. I will be sure to come back later to provide an update on the results from my quest.So far, Garden of Life methyl-B12 is a huge no go. The taste is awful, too sweet, and makes it a challenge to use on a daily basis. The first square almost sent me immediately back over to these tablets, but I caught myself due to my desire to really attempt to gauge effectiveness.

This is awesome. Beats getting shots for my son who has autism. The sublingual is a nice size and takes forever to melt completely so my son takes it as long as he can and chews the rest. Been in for 2 weeks and has seen a slight difference in the clarity of his speech. Further, he has less space-outs we like to call them... GET THE WORD OUT!!! AUTISM is not a dead-end diagnosis! Mehtylcobalamin is best. It is already converted to bioavalaible form, so your body can use it immediately. You can take it sublingually or in nasal spray form, which is supposed to bettter absorbed. Methyl-mate is the product I have seen some folks giving their autistic children in nasal spray form.You don't have to worry about overdosing on this stuff. Cyanocobalamin has a known toxicity, but you cannot overdose on methylcobalamin. But you should get a good b complex supplement, as b12 works better with other b vitamins.The amount of methylcobalamin you take is actually quite small compared to what many others take.
