2013 Honda Accord EX-L front struts
These things were a royal pita to replace. Mainly because you have to separate the knuckle from the cv axle. Word of caution, don’t press to far down on the lower control arm, or you can ruin the bushings. I wouldn’t dare remove the arm either, because you would be up the creek without a paddle if the aluminum is stripped. That is a very strange design- aluminum connecting metal frame. Also, only use the impact in taking bolts off, and not putting back on. I stripped one of the main bolts putting back in, and had to go to to dealer and pay $12. I replaced at around 125k, and could tell a little improvement. OEM replaced in rear., fronts were significantly higher. Dealer wanted $800 to replace with factory OEM. I might take them up on it next time, lol.

My Accord Drives just like New……
My accord rides like new…. Now self-install is not for the inexperienced and you can’t compress springs at home! Took to shop for swap and easy re-install after I learned what not to do removing!
