They are firm but not too firm, robust enough to keep doors closed but you don’t need to pull with both hands to open them.

Q: Will this work on a push to open cabinet door?

As long as the push distance for the mechanism is very small, you could possibly position them carefully to help with keeping the cupboard doors more securely shut. Positioning them just right so they don't stop the doors from reaching the release position when pushed might not be easy though. These clips themselves don't operate as push to open devices (in case that's what you meant).

Q: How easy is fitting ? For fit

very easy. all you need is a bradle and a small screw driver. Trick is to line up the 2 fittings.
