I have been ordering this coffee for many months now, obviously because it’s really good. But the latest order I received is not up to the mark. The coffee has no flavour and is bitter. Very difficult to drink. Seems like it some other type of coffee has been sent in this packaging. Please check your product else you’ll lose loyal customers.

The taste is very similar to instant bru coffee but it is more strong and has a good bitter aroma make sure mix it first in small amount of milk its granules do not dissolve easily in the milk and will create lumps if not dissolved properly before mixing hot milk ,Its value for Money and i am highly satisfied

The product quality is getting worse and worse over the time. We used to like this coffee and consistent on buying this for their taste and creamy froth it used to give but over the time it is getting worse, now a days their coffee tastes like chemical and worst case is that one of bottle I have turned the coffee to black like some coal pieces and this is within the best before use date. So either they are shipping old bottles with new label or they are adding to many chemicals either ways it's not good and they should not be allowed to sell those kind of products.

Initially as I hadn't tried an arabica coffee, i wasn't sure, if I'd like it or not, however half way into the product, I can confidently say, I can't get enough of this one. Just right flavour, not too strong and also the right smell. Happy to have bought this product, will buy it again as soon as i'm done with this pack.

The coffe packaging was good. But once I opened the bottle it I felt slightly different aroma than other coffees. It was sort of mix of regular coffee and a 'chemical' like smell. It's hard to describe. I then asked my family members to smell, and they also felt it. It may be due to some processing. But definately not welcoming. May be TGL can compare it to other products and update the process.

I have this coffee as cold coffee in the evening , without milk, and reenergize with good flavor and mood making , not as best as fresh ground brew , but still convenience of instant is also no less valuable.
