Design CAD 3D Max v 23 CAD Design Software

This software does not have support, no tutorials, is not user friendly. Read the reviews carefully. Every one that liked it already had CAD experience. If I already had a CAD program, I would have no reason to buy this one. This is a do all program that does nothing well. You have to purchase templates for even basic items or make them yourself. There are a lot of better programs with more support and tutorials to help you operate in their system. If you are not already familiar with CAD, select another program. Chief Architect makes several. Be prepared to spend more money on instruction videos if you buy "Design CAD 3-D Max".

The distributor deserved a 5 star but this vision of Design Cad is buggy

There is a learning curve here. So, get the Reference Manuel out, and start using it (I downloaded it on my tablet).This is how I learned to use ithe product. Find something that you want to make a drawing of--it goes slow at first, and it is somewhat frustrating (this is why I didn't give this product a 5 star), but like me eventually you should be able to produce the drawing and learn how to use the product. There are some glitches that I have been able to work around--for instance if you make a mistake you may have to close down the program without saving the changes, and start again. Of course, if something comes out good, always save it immediately. Finally, lockin the coordinates is a very useful feature in this program--using the cursor only cold cause cursing.All in all, make notes on the exact coordinates that were plotted in your drawing. I'm thinking that if I discover a better choice of options available, I probably will be able to use the product more seemlessly and easilly. I did say earilier, I have to use the product in order to learn it.Finally in conclusion, this program did get the job done for me for a very reasonable price.

I have been using CAD systems for more years than I like to think about. I like this one it is easy to uses and the layout is the way I like to see 2D and 3D CAD software look.

being familar with autocad, I'm afraid this thing is a cheap joke. No tutorials available, and I'm afraid for good reason.

Not as user friendly as I had hoped.

It is very familiar and satisfies my needs I have use DesignCAD since it was a DOS program. I use it on my amateur projects.

Does it all and a lot less expensive than other similar programs.
