I only get gout flareups after a period of time making poor food choices. Too much beer, shellfish, processed meat etc over a week or two, and BANG, just like clockwork, I'll get a gout flareup. I do my best to make good consistent food choices, but let's face it, I'm human and sometimes over-indulge.I generally will feel mild "Big Toe Pain" for one day before it really gets bad. This supplement lessens or eliminates the pain from a flareup almost overnight, kind of like taking zinc when you feel a cold coming on. I generally take one before and after any meal with processed meat (ie bratwurst) or shellfish, and I rarely have flareups anymore.This supplement, combined with copious amounts of water and tart cherry juice is the Holy Trinity of gout relief. Oh, and laying off beer and meat for awhile too :)

This was easy to take and had no side effects

Suffer with gout .. TRIED SO MANY THIngs! I could not touch either elbow , from pain , both big toes were 10 pain scale. I took 2 of these 3 times a day for 1.5 days and all my afflicted areas 90% better . I drank each dose with one bottle of water .Seriously so far I consider a miracle ! If you have ever had your BIG TOE STRUCK WITH Gout you fear that happening again BIG TIME!!I tell people gout attack on big toe is like TOOTH 🦷 ACHE NERVE PAIN ! It is terrible !!!!Incapacitating… I’m just regular blue color worker .. I have to work every day . So far this seems very very legit ! I recommend !!I hope you find relief too !! Helps my knee joint pain

I added this to my supplements and it has helped me tremendously for it's intended use.

This is a fantastic grout pain reliever. Easy to swallow. No after taste.

Tried these as they have celery seed to see if they would make a good preventive measure from gout. I have to admit I went 5 months without a flare up but did get a decent flare up after the five months. i took the supplement faithfully. I do believe it help prolong between flare ups but will not eliminate them.
