In general, I highly recommend these silk pillowcases. I wash mine in my tumble washer on delicate with Woolite, hang to dry or if needed, tumble on low for 20 minutes max and they come out perfect. Do not hesitate to buy. Quality is top notch and overall I have no complaints at all about these pillowcases - I mean, I bought 4 (!) of them.However, pay attention to color that you buy. I have: Ivory white, beige, black and rouge pink. I will say I'm impressed that the black color has zero fade from my acne face regimen that fades pretty much every color of sheet, pillowcase, and towel. I have zero fade on any color of pillowcase I own, which is impressive. However, being a pink lover, I decided after having zero fade on the black with my acne regimen (benzoyl peroxide fades everything!) I decided to buy the rouge pink as I'm such a pink girl. Sad to report while there is no fade the oil marks left on the color from my skin, creams etc is kind of gross. Pre-treating it is okay but doesn't really get rid of all of it and I'm kind of sad that the pretty pink color is ruined. I have no issues at all with this and any of the other 3 colors I purchased. I purchased the ivory white, beige and black first to try out and only purchased the pink after being impressed. If I could do it over again, my 4th purchase would be another color completely because now the pink doesn't make me smile as much as it makes me go "ewww, I wish I would have bought x color instead".All things considered, don't second guess buying these pillowcases but definitely double think what color you buy. If you have oilier skin, use facial oils etc, stick with the neutral colors of white, ivory white, beige and even black so you have a nice looking pillowcase on your bed and not one that you look at and go "eww, that's gross looking"**I bought queen size even though my pillows are standard. They fit fine with some room but they don't really move around and with the queen size pillowcase, I can replace my pillows with standard or queen and not have to rebuy as queen size would be the biggest I'd buy with my California King size bed and the 2 of us.

After having this case for several months, I’m pleasantly surprised at how well made it is.Pros1. It’s held up through washings. All were in a mesh bag in the washing machine. Air dried. Looks brand new.2. No snagging. I’ve tried to be careful, but a few times things caught. No pulled threads, snags or anything to show something caught. Again, looks brand new. Probably due to the high thread count preventing snags.3. Super soft and silky to the touch in all directions.4. The finish has a sheen to it, as silk does. Some of the pictures showed shiny material like satin. The space grey has a silky sheen, as it should for real silk, and does not have a satiny look. I have no idea about the quality of those satiny colors. I deliberately avoided them.5. The hidden zipper is great. Keeping the pillow in place, yet truly hidden. The zipper is recessed enough that it is not even obtrusive to the touch. The zipper tab is small and slender enough to not be in the way.ConsNone so far.

I really like this pillow case. It does wrinkle in the wash when dried in the dryer but fits the pillow exactly and stays on well with the zipper. It is nice to sleep on and I do not usually notice wrinkles as they pull tight when it goes on the pillow and most natural fabrics will wrinkle when not cared for properly. So just decide what you want. I like having a great sleeping pillow that creases my face less and was at an affordable price, holds up well to repeated high temp washing and drying cycles and made with a natural material more than the wrinkle free pillows I could have purchased elsewhere.

What’s not to love about a silk pillowcase? My only issue is that I ordered dark gray, but when I went to check out, the color changed to apricot gray. I got apricot gray which wasn’t the dark gray I wanted. Doesn’t quite match but it’s still a great product. I wash it on the gentle cycle and line dry.

The fit is perfect. I have a thick pillow and the case fits beautifully. the zipper on the case always works easily and once you finish zipping, you can no longer see the zipper. The pillow case is soft and looks beautiful.

Right out of the packaging, I could smell the overwhelming scent of chemicals on this pillow case. The pillowcase may very well be great but I'm not sure since I've been trying to air it since I got it (which has almost been over a week) so I'm not choking on the smells when I sleep. If that doesn't work, I'll try to wash it.UPDATED: I washed it and it came out well. Smell seems to be gone, so I will update the rating.

I've only used it for a few days, but so far, it is living up to my expectations. I look forward to my head hitting my pillow. I haven't used it long enough to notice a difference with my hair or skin. I haven't washed ot yet. Silky, but not too slippery. Cooler than my cotton pillowcases. I plan to purchase a second one.

Strong zipper, easy to wash and hang dry. has gone through five washes with no problems. it so so soft. i previously used satin pillowcases but this is so much softer and cooler. will never goback

I am afraid that the silk is bit real. It is a good satin, but not real silk so not what they are selling.I work in fashion and know fabrics quite well, so yes. For being artificial is decent but far from being a good quality mulberry silk

This pillow case is lovely and soft and so much thicker than previous ones I have bought. My pillow fits perfectly and is easily zipped. Hopefully it will last longer than my previous ones which have both ripped at the zip as they only just fit the pillow. Would highly reccommend.

I have paid more than double the price for these mulberry pillowcases .This one is well priced and works just as well . Only need to replace them is because of accidentally they have ended up in the washing machine with the rest of my bedding

Love these silk pillowcases, I always have them as I have very fine wavy hair and instead of getting up in a morning with a tangled mess I now am able to just comb my hair and its good to go. Perfect

Best value for money and really good quality despite being cheaper than many.Highly recommended.
