Very Amazing Product. Using it for stretching my hands. It is very pain relifing product.Now,I feel much better after using this product.In the usual manual they have described how to do the hand massage after using this product I am feeling good as my hands don't pain more. Being a coach and referee of arm wrestling (Indian Arm Wrestling Federation, HQ-Hyderabad), I have carefully Evaluated the product (Level-5 : Green Ball) from sports angle, I must say it should be an essential item in a player's kit, especially that of arm wrestling, table tennis, lawn Tennis, badminton etc. The squeeze ball not only relieves stress and minor pains from fingure and arms, it also significantly strengthen all the motor joints of fingure in almost every possible angles by increasing the stress level and blood circulation, thus enhancing one's sports performance.

The quality of product is ok.. but I expected a better one for this price.. the size is a bit small, I took a medium strength one but it could be a bit harder, after receiving the product I felt that the price is too much for this one.

This review is after prolonged use of this product. I got the blue version. The best ball to relieve your stress and work your hand and finger muscles and the movements. I recommend to check with your physiotherapist before purchase. They will suggest which ball to purchase as per the hardness level.

I was initially looking for a vertical mouse because of the pain induced as a result of using regular mouse incessantly (excess usage with WFH situation). Decided to go for this product instead as I was unable to find a good vertical mouse online. Disclaimer- I dont suffer from carpel tunnel syndrome yet. Pros: I use this ball to release pressure and stress from my palm (exercises mentioned in leaflet that came with product) . Felt immediate relief and plan to use this regularly. Cons: Overpriced product The ball will attract dust; maybe store it separately or wash it with gentle cleanser occasionally As a beginner with no medical condition, orange ball ( level 2) works well for me.
