Panasonic KX-TGF380M DECT 1-Handset Landline Telephone

Very nice phone, replaced an older land-line phone that died. Good size window and easy to read what is happening, caller ID and number. Do not use most of the features of this phone, but use regularly the speaker phone, which is very good and convenient. The additional handset is a great plus and is used in another room. The very best feature of this phone is the ability to instantly block nuisance calls, those horrible continually pestering evil telemarketers. Blocking is good from either the main or handset phones. The only issue that I have with either the handset or the main phone is the logic of the buttons, not logical at all --- do not know what Panasonic was thinking when they programmed this logic. Blocking and saving or erasing requires one to push several different buttons in a particular order (blocking can be done with just one push of the call block button) where your finger is jumping back and forth from left to right. Rather annoying and certainly NOT simple. But overall, this phone is a very good buy and despite my one fault of it, I would buy it again.

The phone has a lot of nice features. One small example - the answering machine plays the message first, with the number showing, and the option to call it at any moment , and it waits until after the message to play date and time. Well designed. Audio quality is good. Buttons are easy to see and press. More phone number storage than you'll ever need. Block feature is solid. I use this phone 10-20 times a day at my office, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a home office type phone. I don't use the wireless handset much, so I have no input on that. Bluetooth to my phone was easy to set up and works seamlessly. If I can't find my cell phone, it's easy to turn off the blue tooth so I can hear my phone ring. Strong 5.

Great corded phone for a home or home office scenario. I wanted a corded base that I could use with Ooma and my new Plantronics CS540 wireless headset and HL10 lifter. I couldn't be more pleased with the setup. The only way you get better than this is with an IP phone and an Electronic Hook Switch (EHS), which is a much more expensive solution. The base has a lot of great features, many that I don't need including the answering machine function. Are there actually people who don't have voice mail in 2015? The one-touch dial, back-lit adjustable screen and bluetooth/ cellular integration are the killer features. I also use this base to register 2 completely different Panasonic handsets that I've acquired over the years, no need to buy all new unless you really want to.Minus 1 star because I had to buy this with a wireless handset that I didn't need. This phone is outstanding. The Bluetooth feature is amazing. I connected the phone and synched up my cell phone which downloaded my complete phone directory to the Panasonic. I have a long house so the remote phone is at one end and the base phone at the other. When a call comes in, the phone says "Call from Jane Doe" so you know if you have to pick up or not. If you are cooking something, and you cell phone beeps with a text message, your base and your remote handest say, "Text Message from John Smith". That is so convenient right? You know whether or not you have to drop what you are doing to look based upon who it is. When your cell phone is connected, you can just answer the Panasonic so use one phone for everything which I like when I am sitting at my desk.There is one touch dialing for your top three callers and more speed dials available. Finally there is call block which I need to get used to using for those annoying presidential campaign surveys!

I bought this phone from Amazon February 8th I really love the phone I'm glad I got the phone. the Bluetooth works excellent. when you have the Bluetooth on when you get a text on your cell your handset of your cordless will beep and the caller announce will let you know who's texting you so you do not have to look at the phone the battery lasts a long time I keep it on charge all the time as well as the instructions said to if you purchase this phone you won't be sorry just the Great great phone easy to set up the cordless takes 7 hours to charge and it even has an alarm clock on it with the time and date so it will go off like an alarm clock like I say just an excellent phone for the price you cannot go wrong and when I received it it was packaged so well thank you Amazon

This is a great idea for people who want to give up their landline, but still want the convenience of a desk phone. I have two iphones connected to it via Bluetooth, and I find the sound quality is terrible. The sound is consistently very tinny, and I can only decipher every other word. I've had this for a while and all but given up on using it. If I need a desktop phone I put my iphone in speaker mode and set it on my desk.

Really it is worth. Value for the money.
