A Definite Plus for this Battery!!
My daughter had an older Dell notebook with plug-in only access for the past year. I bought her one of these batteries, charged it, and now, she can run on batteries for over 6 hours! She is just thrilled!Battery looks to be good quality and works so well, so definitely worth purchasing if one is keeping an older laptop for a while longer.

Fit my Dell Inspiron 15 perfect.
This was a perfect match for my computer. The battery part number is on your battery. You cannot go by the computer model. The same model computer has many different battery part numbers. Search Amazon by the part number on your battery and you will get what you need. I have charged and recharged it many times and all is well.

Functional Battery
It was a perfect replacement for the old battery I had which was shot. It's battery life is pretty mediocre though for a new one. Regardless, it serves it's purpose, thus 4 Stars!

Exactly what I needed!
I originally ordered from Dell.com. Battery delivered was the wrong type. After 3 weeks of waiting for a replacement the order was cancelled by Dell due to none of my type were available. I ordered a replacement battery from Amazon which was half the price. The battery arrived 3 days later and was a perfect fit and works great.

GOOD REPLACEMENT
IT is well worth the money. I spent almost a year using my laptop while it was plugged in to the charger. I shouldn't have waited so long to buy this replacement battery. Good product.

Defective item
Excellent merchant!The item was defective. It lasted three months before an alert popped up on my laptop regarding a discharging battery. I Immediately flipped over my computer and popped the battery off.I contacted the seller and they are replacing the battery. The back and forth correspondence was over just a few early morning hours. The battery was new but defective. This item's failure is IN NO WAY the fault of the seller. The battery has a twelve month warranty but lasted only three.NOT THE SELLER'S FAULT! i WOULD BUY FROM THEM WITHOUT HESITATION.
