Muscle Pharm Essentials CLA Softgels, 1000mg CLA Blend, 180 Servings, Not Flavored (PH27)

When I ran out of Muscle Pharm's CLA Core and my local nutrition shop was all sold out I had to go and purchase GNC's in house CLA. Both CLA's have almost the same nutrition values; Both are 1000mg per pill, total fat is 1g, and have a daily value of 2% but Muscle Pharm's CLA has 9 calories while GNC's CLA has 10 calories (doesn't make that much of a difference but I want to give what the labels say). One major difference between the two brands is that the Muscle Phram's CLA is more transparent that GNC's CLA (looking and having an after taste like omega 3 fish oil). In my personal opinion, I prefer Muscle Pharm's CLA Core because there is no "fishy" aftertaste and you get more for price you pay when compared to GNC's CLA. GNC CLA is a great product but Muscle Pharm's CLA core is just better in quality and quantity.

I highly recommend this to anyone who is working out and just not seeing their ideal results. A week before I started using Muscle Pharm CLA, I changed my diet and was working out everyday. I was losing weight, but no muscle definition was showing. A week later, I ordered CLA. Within 3 days of keeping my normal routine of going to the gym everyday and doing the same workouts and eating the same healthy meals, I loss 3 pounds of pure fat while gaining the lean muscle. Not only that, but I could see muscle definition in my abdomen, upper back and shoulders as well. I do have to say, the only thing that I have found that works for me is to take 2 pills about a half hour before my biggest meals (lunch and dinner) and only 1 with my smaller meal (breakfast). Drink at least one bottle of water each time you take the pills as well or else, as I have found, you become constipated and your stomach will hurt for a while. One last thing; I have a new found energy after taking these. I feel more energetic to go to the gym and finish all my workouts strong. Reminder, this IS NOT a "miracle" pill; meaning, you cant sit on your ass and eat potato chips and ice cream and expect results. You have to put in the time and effort. These ASSIST in your weight loss, they do not do it all for you. To all the people who say they want to lose weight but can't or they need motivation, here is your motivation: You are beautiful and perfect the way you are now but if you push yourself and you wake up every morning sore, you will thank yourself later down the road.

I am leery & hesitant when a product makes such bold claims like this one does. Really it will "reduce fat without reducing muscle"? Sounds like a snake oil salesman's claim. However this does just that. Now I haven't been in the gym in about a month but I see my muscle definition improving & my fat disappearing! I'm even looking slimmer & the scale shows I'm lighter. I can't believe my arms are showing muscle & not showing the stubborn fat I couldn't seem to get rid of no matter how many hours in the gym. It truly is inspiring to have a product's claims be right on target. I've been using it for over a month & will continue to buy and use this product. I'm excited to see what it does when I'm actually able to get back in the gym. What do you have to lose? Give it a try

I feel it is working my clothes are fitting better, I am feelung more motivated to work out more and it is helping me suppress my appitite. I do work out just notbas much as I want to. Its not helpful when people post that the product is not working because they dont give us any details. We dont know if they are eating healthy , working out, etc. I do eat pretty healthy , I am not a body builder but do work out. I feel this product has helped me lose weight. I am ordering my second bottle.

This stuff is great. I have a very large appetite because I am very active and hit the gym 5+ days a week and this actually manages to help me control my appetite. I still slip up, but every one does, but this definitely helps make my meals count more and get me through the day without eating more than I need to. I was taking CLK prior to this, but this works just as well in my opinion and the price is much better. Definitely would recommend to someone wanting to lean up.

Simple and affordable CLA supplement. I’ve used many times. It’s comparable to top name brands. Pills are easy to swallow.

I took this product religiously and I felt like I made some good gains. I changed my diet, but I also had a few cheat days along the way. I believe that this product definitely helped, but not to the degree that I hoped. It is important to know that the concentration is around 40% based off of CLA comparisons on other websites. On the plus side, a couple of websites and reviews rank it as one of the top CLA supplements. It is a great introduction to CLA supplements, but I ended up getting one with a higher concentration.

I have now purchased 2 bottles of CLA Core because I feel that when I take it I tighten up my midsection more (appropriate name, muscle pharm). My last bottle I was able to do more cardio and was counting my macros as well. This time I have started working long hours in the hospital so I'm not as diligent with counting and exercise so I don't expect to have the same effects. I do take 2 pills in the morning with breakfast and 1 more at night after dinner if I remember. So far I have still noticed a change, just not as drastic.

The product is genuine and effective, worth of cost.. Just consume it along with correct diet routine..

To be honest when I come to know about the cla I wouldn't think that it could work on me cause I'm already in a good shape thanks to hitting gym for quite some time. But after using it for a month or so it showed dramatic changes in the physique...it really do what it promises I surely drop my body fat and become more confident...thanx to the product ;)

guys if you are saying its not working 4 u ..then probably you are using it in wrong way..before using it 1st know how &when to consume..let me inform you ,if you are more than 10kg overweight and not working out its not gonna work for you.
