Sesame Street Night Time Baby Bath Set - Shampoo and Lotion

I received this product wrapped together in a plastic taped up baggy. This set was meant for a baby shower gift. As I was preparing the baby gift package I opened the plastic wrapping and immediately noticed the lotion bottle cap was popped open. I also noticed the bottle appeared dirty or old. I then saw the shampoo bottle contents were low as well so it appeared there has been a few uses from this product. Most importantly all products especially baby products have a protective seal placed on the bottle itself that is pulled off prior to use. Neither bottle had this seal. Returning products for refund today!
