AmeriLite Projector Headlights Halo Black for BMW 3 Series E46 4 Door - Passenger and Driver Side

Presentation looks great, as the earlier reviews say the halos are a bit dim, I tapped into my fog lights as that was the route I went with from my previously installed halos. Had a set of detachable extensions that I soldered the halos into, so if I need to remove, the extension comes out and the headlights are free. Still have to adjust my low beams, but from direct install without adjusting anything; they were pretty close. Low beam projector lenses look good while driving, nice light cast and there was a noticeable line where my light stops at so it’ll be easier for adjusting later on, high beams bang so I was pleased with that, install was pretty straight forward, i didn’t know they came with the headlight housing brackets that the headlights sit on/seat into to mount to the chassis so that was another pleasant surprise; my current brackets needed the refresh, the halo wires pre-installed in the housing are kinda long enough to reach the fog lights but I would be careful, because you won’t have much if you mess up more than once. Am still upset about the lens to the housing being glued when this chassis has tabs on the lens themselves and the housing for installing the lenses, idk why they glued it, they had to snap the tabs into place in order to seat the lens, still p*ssd because when I have to change lens after they wear down (not IF but WHEN) its going to be messy and I’ll probably damage the housing if I’m not careful. Had tried to reinstall my e90 M4 style halos but got as far as popping all the tabs to free my lens and finger pry the lens off like i’m used to doing.. but come to find it was glued, after a test drive at night, condensation was already in them so BIG W for glueing it. Really helps. 2 stars because they at least look pretty for now, really had higher expectation's, halos don’t look anywhere close to what the picture claims they shine. Can’t even complain that “I get what I paid for” because these aren’t cheap.

I had a really easy time putting them in, except the halos are wired separately, and tapping them into every other wire(wether it be the running lights, head lights or blinkers, they wouldn’t come on very well, and would only work well with my blinkers. So next I’m going to tap into my dash and give it its own button haha.

Nice product, only thing is the halos are not too bright throughout the day. Overall good product.
