Very nice speakers The sound is amazing

I have a 2016 ram with the Alpine Soundsystem. Front driver side door speaker quit working so I ordered these JBL‘s for all my doors. They were easy enough to install although the bolt holes didn’t all match perfectly. Bored the holes out a little more with my Dremel and it was perfect. Flip the power on and the sound was amazing. I would highly recommend these speakers for factory replacements. Compare these to the speakers you pull out you will be surprised. Remember Alpine DESIGNED the system. Chrysler does NOT use Alpine products. Remember when shopping for new speakers using the existing factory amp shop for 2 ohm speakers to avoid any headaches. Make sure to buy the Wolf wiring harness as well so it’s just plug and play. Enjoy.

great product, reasonable price

I swapped out all the speakers in my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. The four dour speakers are 6x9 and the corner dash are 3.5 inch. Connected them today and in conjunction with my other speakers this is a huge improvement on the factory fitted speakers. Still breaking in my speakers for a week or so and haven't really jacked the volume all the way up yet. Not expecting it to be super loud with the factory equipment, but already on lower settings the volume is higher and much crisper than the old speakers with much better bass. For those interested, I used used Metra speaker harness (adaptors) to avoid having to cut or splice any of the speaker wires and they made it simply plug and play. The corner dashboard speakers require Metra harness product no 72-7902 (couldn't find it on amazon) and Metra 72-6514 Speaker Harness which I did get off Amazon for the 4 door speakers. (for the Jeep Cherokee Latitude 2015) These speakers were definitely a tight fit in the door and getting the door panel off is a little fiddly, butI did find some useful vids and tutorials on line which helped with getting access to the speakers. Overall, super happy with these speakers and for a relatively small cost it's definitely improved the sound.

These were an upgrade for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. I'm glad I got them. The factory speakers that came with my $45k trailhawk were 2/10 - these are about a 5/10. It was an improvement and these are fine for the price - but don't expect to have your mind blown. Theres two little speakers over the bigger speaker and theres NO BASS to them. I bought these speakers MOSTLY because they are shallow and fit in the door housing. I installed them myself and it was pretty simple to pop the door on and off. I think if you messed with the speaker housing, you could put a speaker with a greater depth. but if you just want a cheaop way to upgrade you factory speakers these fit, are easy and are noticeably better - like a C- up from a F. I paired them with the JBL tweeters. JBL GX302 3-1/2 Inch 75 Watt Two-Way Car Audio Loudspeaker System (Pair) - Black Now - the tweeters are not great. Very tinny. Also an improvement over the factory ones but I would look for a better 3.5" tweeter for your car.

Great sound

Fits the front doors of my obw. The sound over stock is night and day. So much clearer and you can actually make out what is going on in the track. Tested on all genres. Sounds great and it works with the car.

I bought the 6.5 and 6.9 JBL speakers a few weeks ago. I finally got to my appointment with best buy to get them installed yesterday just a find out that they sound awful. I immediately questioned the installer and asked him why my factory speakers that say made in Mexico sound better. He said he did not know And they were not purchased through them so there was nothing he could do. I went to a car audio store tonight and had a gentleman spend a great deal of time messing with the radio and speakers just a find out that the issue is with the speakers. There is no bass it is a very high pitched treble and there is a very annoying hum in almost every song. I am so sad after all the money I spent on the speakers and to have them professionally installed. Take my advice and buy different speakers. I can't even return these and I'm out the cost. The worst part is that I can't even handle to listen to them. I'm going to be listening to my earbuds on my phone for another 30 days before I can get back into best buy after I buy all new speakers again.

bought a set of these, and a set of jbl stage 3 9637f as replacements for my 17 ram 3500. gotta say, im quite impressed in the sound quality right of the bat. and they are only going to improve after the break in period. i will say they were the snuggest fit ever as in almost forcing them into the housing but these things thump pretty good. the built in cross overs filter the highs pretty good so if you have front tweeter id say to upgrade them aswell.
