Hardli Video Game Console for a 4K TV, Built in 568 Classic Games,Mini Retro Console Wireless Controller,Output Dual Players

My order came within a few days and I was happy not to wait weeks. I noticed this was cheaper than other options and figured for $34 why not? I unboxed it, put batteries in the controllers, plugged it in (I needed a power source for the USB and used something I had already), and got it going. It started right up and I was psyched. When I scrolled down in the games list, I noticed that it stopped at #30. I tried "select + start to go back to another menu that I thought might exist. That menu didn't exist. ONLY 30 GAMES!!! And if they were Mario, Punchout, Zelda, etc. I may have been happy, but CAPTAIN AMERICA 1, 2, and 3!!! The 30 games were horrid. I unplugged it, took my batteries out, and packed it back up before making my claim for a return on Amazon. Within an hour, the company replied back with a full refund and I am awaiting a return slip. I have a feeling that they know the product isn't what they claim and figured they don't want it back. I will keep looking since It is literally just going to collect dust. The two stars is for the prompt refund. The item itself is a zero for me.

Awesome and as far as I have seen works great. The controllers feel a little chincey, so not sure how long they will last, but they work now. There are 586 games including all the favorites such as Contra (yes, the cheat code works), 8 Super Mario Bros, Blades of Steel, Castlevania, Zelda, Metroid, Mortal Combat, Tecmo Bowl, Punch out etc. Very easy to install and use and works great. Awesome deal for the price.

Tried to return this product and the seller never got back to me. The controllers lag so it's not very well made. You press jump and it takes a jiffy to work. So Mario always ends up getting touch by a turtle or bad mushroom or falling into a pit cause it lags very badly

Not working/connecting

Processor is horrible, games constantly slow down and glitch. Very frustrating trying to play every game I tried.

I bought the console because it seemed like a good deal and had all of the games I loved on my old NES. I wanted my 4 year old to play some of the games I grew up with, as she loves older video games. Some of the games were a little different than the original (for instance, the extra lives code in Contra didn't work), but otherwise it seemed ok. As I scrolled through the games, one of them jumped out - "Mowgli gets a woody." And it is incredibly inappropriate - it depicts a nude Mowgli from the Jungle Book, without pants, yet is anatomically correct. It was appalling, and not suitable for anyone - let alone children. I immediately boxed it back up and returned it. This system should be pulled from Amazon.

The product that arrived was not what was pictured in the listing. These controllers had a four button “diamond shaped” configuration, and not the four buttons in a square set up. Also, the A and B buttons are reversed compared to the original NES controller configuration. This gets extremely irritating because you have to re-learn how to play the games. There are over 500+ games on this system, but in reality, there’s under 20 that you might know. (...and even that might be a stretch). Contra and Super Mario Brothers are probably the only noteworthy games included.
