I’ve been using Extreme Play Safe for year to protect my hair from excessive heat. Doesn’t leave my hair feeling greasy or heavy. Does its job well. I just apply it from the palm of my hands to areas that I will use a straightener on. Super easy to use. Keeps my hair from losing moisture and protects from too much heat.

This heat protectant is amazing! Leaves my hair super soft and shiny for days! Even keeps the frizziness away on humid days!

It’s only been about a week of using this about every other day and I don’t see a huge difference. I have very fine brittle thyroid hair that has definitely had its fair share of bleach. I’m on my hair repair journey so I know results will take time. It definitely feels softer and more hydrated. My hair doesn’t have that “fried” texture after using styling tools so it definitely makes a difference in that area. I will say for my fine haired friends…a tiny bit goes a very long way! I made the mistake of using about a nickel sized amount and it made my hair feel so heavy and oily (my mistake). I will try to update after a few months of use but so far so good. The smell is lovely also.

I've been using this heat protectant for 4 YEARS and get so many compliments about how healthy my hair is. Mind you I blow dry and use heat on it almost every day!! I have thick, medium-length Asian hair and it's perfect to prevent damage and frizz. It makes my hair soft too! Love it and it lasts me a long time.
