Wet to Dry Tourmaline Ceramic Flat Iron (1-3/8")

I bought two of these as they have the dual current feature necessary for traveling abroad. Both of my daughters were taking trips with college groups and though expensive, this product seemed to be ideal. One of them died only a few weeks after we bought it but due to this seller's tight return policy I was unable to return it for a refund. So, I lost the entire price down the drain. The product works well when it works, but buy it from a vendor that has a longer window for returns so you can make sure you do not lose your investment.

I searched for flat iron specifically a dual voltage because I travel a lot. I searched for dual voltage and saw description universal voltage. When I received the product and read the description inside it said 110-120v only. I thought it was 110-220v like it advertisement. I hate returning items. I hate the hassle of doing so. Overall I was disappointment because its false advertisement to describe the product I searched for and turns out it was not it.
