I have never made cheese before, but when I bought this kit I was watching videos about it. I bought this kit and did some research on what I would need. Raw milk is commonly used to make cheese, but since raw milk can't be sold in packaged form(atleast in my state) I settled for pasteurized. Works fairly well, and I haven't had any troubles yet. It's a bit more difficult to find though, do be wary that if you aren't willing to look for pasteurized milks, this may not work, since ultra pastureurized is heated to temperatures that change the milks ability to form curds. The package really does come with everything you need. And the book is super easy to understand.

Felt this kit was overpriced for what you receive, but definitely enjoyed making my first batch of delicious ricotta cheese. It’s a great starting point for future cheese makers of the world.

My kit arrived last night and yhe citric acid and rennet are expired. I'm trying to return the kit, so I can buy a different one and the system will not let me return it.

Everything I needed, super easy to follow directions. Made ricotta cheese so far, looking forward to trying others.

My friends had made a newyears resolution to make cheese and still hadnt acomplished it when it cane christmas time. So, i bought him this for christmas and he was so greatful. It was amazing how easy the directions were to follow. And actually coming out with great priduct. Having fresh from scratch cheese and knowing what its actually sapose to taste like and then making that same flavor with such few ingrediants. Its quick, cheap, and easy. And very rewarding. I recomend this to anyone who is a cheese lover, eating cheese u made on your own is a great feeling ❤

This kit is great and a great price, it contains everything you need to make cheese except skill, practice and ability.The instructions were simple but we did not obtain edible cheese. I think I know where we went wrong however lol. There is enough for a few attempts so we will certainly try again.We tried mozzarella and we got something that at a glance looked and 'almost' felt like the beloved mozza but failed the taste test.The kit is great however and I believe some other cheeses like ricotta are easier.It was still a fun couple of hours and we can always try again.

I bought this for a friends birthday. Not easy to use but definitely nice to have in your kitchen. Ricotta was good and hallumi too. Looking forward to trying mozzarella

Bought as a Christmas present for autistic daughter. We have had so much fun with this. Made mozzarella so many times, as she knows she likes it. It's encouraged her to make pizza dough and we're enjoying home made pizza more than shop bought. Going to try making cottage cheese next. Really fun and the instructions are really good too. All you need to add to this kit is the milk. There is also a large amount of whey made during this process for smoothies etc. We've actually bought more citric acid so that we can keep making our own cheese forever

I purchased this as a gift, however it is a lot smaller than I could have imagined. I don’t expect you’d manage to make much cheese from it. Quite disappointed
