A Good PB Brush for a Good Price---Affordable, tons of different uses, solid construction, and excellent longevity
This Hoppe's No. 9 Phosphor Bronze Utility Brush is an excellent product. Like many Hoppe's products, the quality is very good for the price, and the price is extremely affordable. This brush performs well and has excellent longevity, even when used heavily. This is a pretty standard configuration for gun cleaning brushes. The brush has bristles on each end of different sizes. On one end you have multiple rows of longer bristles. On the other you have a row of shorter bristles with a much more narrow head. With the smaller bristles, you can really get into those tighter spaces that the larger head on the brush cannot reach. By putting the two very different sizes on one product, now you can do a wider variety of tasks with a single product rather than multiple. While technically a brush marketed for cleaning firearms, a p. bronze brush is an extremely useful tool for all kinds of different tasks. Bronze brushes are nice because they are generally less expensive than copper, but like copper they can be used on steel without scratching, and unlike a steel brush, they do not rust and then fall apart as the rust eats away at the metal. The place I use this brush the most is actually in the kitchen (obviously I use a different one in the kitchen given the whole lead thing...) I have a few All-Clad Stainless cookware items that tend to get gunk buildup between the handle and the pot/pan. A normal copper scrubber can't reach it, but with these brushes this area is easy to reach and the PB brush rapidly dislodges gunk buildup without damaging the polished stainless finish. That makes my life easier because it speeds up cleaning while reducing effort. So if you need more cleaning action than what a nylon bristled brush can get, this is a good choice over a steel brush.

Good product, good price -- even great for cleaning golf club heads
These brushes hold up well. The "dual brush" design (one side with longer wires, the other shorter) makes this very useful for various gun cleaning tasks. (And my wife likes to steal mine to clean her golf club heads, for which the brushes work very well without damaging the club face.) No hesitation recommending these.

Nice Brass Brush
Bought two of these to help remove some surface rust from a vintage and valuable side-by-side I'm going to sell. I use brass bristle brushes to safely remove surface tarnishing without damaging a guns finish. It's a Hoppe's product, so I know its a quality product. The price was fair, the shipping time was within reason, even with a bit of a delay for 'I-don't know-what.' The brushes are quality products and I'm pleased with this transaction.

Works well
I like the small end for getting in the trigger area of my glocks. Regular toothbrush isnt strong enough and my guns were still dirty before. I also use the Hoppes spray.

Justo lo que estaba buscando
Lo he usado para quitar restos de pólvora del antiguo propietario que estaban bastante incrustados, aún habiendo frotado con mucha fuerza no se ha soltado ninguna cerda. Excelente producto

Perfect Brush for ALL of my rifle/shoot-gun cleaning.
LOVE IT.A MUST have in any cleaning kit and worth every 'penny'.While a "hard" bristle toothbrush has sufficed in years past for mild cleaning, once I started blowing off 100-200 rounds/shells in a day, and sometimes using surplus military ammo, the NEED for such a brush became paramount.Makes clean-up a breeze especially w/ Hoppe's No. 9 Bore Cleaner.Purchase/delivery was good.Hope this Helps
