The product itself is made well and seems pretty sturdy. Its great if you can figure it out. I had to return this because I could not, for the life of me, figure out how to curl my hair in a uniform way with it. I watched numerous how to videos and still couldn't figure it out. I thought the angled surface made it more difficult for me. I am chalking most of it up to user error and not much patience, as I was looking for a way to put waves in my hair a little quicker than with a standard curling iron, which is how they portray it, but that is not the case. I have better luck with a standard flat iron.

There are 4 heat settings and even at the lowest it felt like it was burning my hair. The videos make it look so easy to use, but it’s not, that combined with the heat and I returned it same day I got it.

Great tool, I still have to get good at using it. I still dont get exactly what I see in pictures and videos, but my daughter has used it and it works great!!

My hair does NOT slide through very well. It pulls my hair!

I don’t know. Maybe it the way I’m using it but I feel that it fried my hair anytime I use it. Yes, I put hair primer on anytime I add heat to it but I’m thinking if they use different type of heat blades that are ceramic, it would do wonders. So it just sits in my drawer of irons I didn’t like.

The media could not be loaded.  Updating this review after having the iron for a month or so. I really liked this iron in the beginning but unfortunately it did not last long. The paint on the iron started to come off and it got harder to run my hair through the iron. I ended up returning it. I guess you get what you pay for.

Just ok.
