These are shrimp crackers meant to be fried in clean oil. They expand about 7 times.
If you have never eaten shrimp crackers, try these. Heat about a half inch of oil in a sauce pan until it is hot enough to fry, (try canola oil) and then drop one in. It turns white and get about 5" around as it fries. Uncurling, you can see when it is all fried. Take it out when done, don't over cook. Keep the oil hot. Serve with fried rice, or curried chicken. Better fry up about 20 of them because folks, and kids, love them. I keep them in a big glass jar. Even fry any broken ones.

A good snack to have
Deep fry those dried chips and before you eyes they expand and became humoungus. They are delicious. Good job fAST delivery. great product for krupuk fans.
