As I read I would stop and feel into what was being said and this book witnessed with me as it came out of presence and helped me shift into waking up and realizing who I am beyond the physical form.This book helped me get a sense of direction .Dr. Beckwith doesn't leave anything out for he in my opinion explains things very well.I recommend this book to everyone.

It's a long time since I ve not read such a good book. It's a real spiritual book written by a master. I deeply appreciate at the end of each chapter the integration process.

This outstanding book has so many layers and speaks to the spiritual beginner as also to the most advanced practicioner. And when someone is able to write in such a manner thats always the sign that the author is blessed by the source and also writes from Source.

This book is beautifully written and a delight to read. It offers profound teaching and insights which are deepened by the chapter summaries. I'd also really recommend his DVD to experience the joy and passion for Life that Michael has.
