You can massage both feet at the same time! Perfect for under the desk foot massage. You can also insert a rod in the center of the massager and roll it over your shin, calf and thigh.

It feels ok to use, but it is not a quick cure for plantar fasciitis. I actually froze a water bottle and the ice works better so I rarely use this. Luckily, it was an acute problem and it is already improving. It works, but if it had more weight I might find it easier to position.

Pretty good but not the best out there. I like that it is aggressive without painful. I personally like the recovery R3 better as it covers the angles of your foot however this one is quite good for a more budget friendly foot rollers. So if money is tight this one will do very well but if you have some money to burn I recommend the R3

I like its size (mid sized) firmness and the greater depth in the nodules vs others we’ve tried. It seems to do a better job massaging your foot bottom.

I would give this product 4 stars, even 5 because it works amazingly. However, they need to look into quality control a little bit. That said, here is the context.EXTREAMLY EFFECTIVE!!! And they are actually more comfortable to use than my old one.I own another version of this product form another brand, I loved it from day one. However, I used it in the tub and the heat caused it to deform. Still works, just not complete round anymore. So, I ordered 2 of this product at the same time. My thoughts were, if one is that amazing, what if I had two that I can use at the same time? I was absolutly right. But here is the problem....One of the two that I ordered is like, noisy, lol. It squeaks. While this is not a deal breaker, it is absolutely annoying, lol.Otherwise, this product is great as long as you don't get a noisy one. And even then, it still works perfectly.Valuse wise, this is a steal well below 10 bucks per unit. Perfect for gifts.Please note that the other one is as silent as it can be. It is perfect. Only one is noisy, but it still functions perfectly.I would absolutely recommend such a product. It the bit of noise is not a problem for you, you can look at this as having more stars for sure.In conclusion, for what it is, it is a good product as far as I can tell. They just need to tighten up on the quality control to make sure they are all as similar as can be. There is no reason for 2 to have been shipped together and have different levels of quality, lol. Even though it is minimum, still a little weird.
