Awesome Product
Awesome product! This robot vacuum was nicely packaged when I received it. Not much assembling needed, I charged it for a couple of hours after receiving it and gave it a try.It runs really well, going through all the corners of my house, including under the bed (god there's so much dust there). It was able to get under small areas like beneath the nightstands and successfully got out of there :-) It's less than 3 inches tall, thin enough to get under beds and sofa. One charge is enough to clean for about 2 hours in my first usage of the robot, and then it went back to charging station by itself. The coverage was good - map of coverage only shows on the phone app, which is so much easier to use comparing to the remote control, and I suggest everyone try the phone app. It does detect our stairs and stays away from it.Cleaning the machine afterwards was one thing I worried the most before buying this, but it turned out to be easy. There's lots of hair on our floor (we have all hard floors which suits robot vacuum), and they do tangle on the wheels and brushes. But those are all easy to take off and clean. The mopping function was great too. Easy to switch on the water tank, then just let it go do its job. When it runs on vacuum it does have some level of noise. Not too loud, but if you are in the same room and are trying to focus on work it might be distractive. We just manage that by letting it work on different rooms at the right time.Overall, very happy about this purchase. Hope it lasts long time. It does come with replacement parts like brushes and filters.

Good while it lasted
I had it for close to four years before it stopped charging, so disappointing. I felt I should have been able to get more use out of it, especially considering I did not use it that often. It was not bad for the price. This was my first robot vacuum and I was not sure what to expect. The mop feature didnt seem to do much, but I was very satisfied with the vacuum feature. I never connected the app to my phone. I liked that it followed a pattern, even when I moved furniture around, it quickly learned to adapt. I liked that it came with a remote, I was able to send it "home", or change its direction if I wanted it to go back over an area. You have to make sure the charging base isn't too close to something else or it will be a little hard to find or get on the base. You also have to make sure the base is against something sturdy, like the wall, or the robot will just move the base around. It can also be charged by plugging the plug directly to the robot. I feel it charged faster that way than on the base.

Absolutly love!
I absolutly love my robo vac. I am having a bit of a problem when its mopping my bathroom for some reason and since it's been less then 30 days they are replacing it free of charge ( I was given the choice of a full refund or exchange). I am hoping it is just a flaw in this one vacuum. We will see when the new one comes in.I was actually embarrassed the first time I used it and saw all the dust and dirt it picked up. I use it everyday to every other day and every time I am shocked at all the dust it picks up.As far as carpet, I live in an apartment complex and only have carpet in my bedroom. It does a great job on the carpet also. Under my bed was disgusting but now it's not so bad. It is still picking up some cat hair under there, being that's where my cat stayed for the last couple months of her life. Shes been gone 7 months now. So hopefully all of her long white hair is almost all gone.I have had 11 back surgeries and vacuuming or sweeping all of my floors then mopping would kill my back and pretty much put me down for 2 to 3 days after. Now i run the vacuum at night and then mop in the mornings while I drink my coffee. It has really saved my back and is the best money I have ever spent on what I call a gadget.. I named her Rosie and she is the best!!!!

Broken in less than a year, rusty charging dock, sensor failure--waste of money
The media could not be loaded. I'm extremely disappointed with the product. You can experience every failure with this machine, some failures are even unimaginable. It fails to recognize ordinary objects. It will eat all your wire, carpet, curtain, anything. It wastes me a lot of time and energy to use it because I have to take away all the carpet, wires, and it still gets stuck from time to time, and I have to stop whatever business I am doing to fix it. As a result, I rarely use it, but the machine's sensor failed in around 6 months. It will spin around on the same spot, walk backward, and imagine there are some obstacles in front of it. I wipe the robot but it still won't help. You can see that the robot is spinning in the video, and there is absolutely no obstacles on the floor. Even when I use the control from the phone app to make it go forward, it still won't go. It will go an inch and then goes back. I also discovered that the charging dock is rusty with some green stuff, and I can no longer charge the robot. So I had to throw it away. The customer service on the app is awful, and it is so much easier to call the customer service on Amazon. But because I was busy at the end of the year, I pass the warranty time. But it just surprises me that how fast can this machine decay, which makes it feels like it's been used for at least 5 years. It is a total waste of my time and money and I wish I bought some other robot.
