Terrible warranty/ customer service
I chatted with Russette and explained how the manufacturer was not helping me with my product issues and all they said was they had to refer me back to them. They (Asurion) promise that they will have your best interest when something goes wrong but in the end it was a waste of 25minutes of my time trying to resolve my product issue.

Since I just received the lights, I cannot comment on the extended warranty on them. It is nice to know if anything goes wrong, I have options that won't cost me out of pocket. Hoping It won't be needed.
