Best gluten free chapati flour!
The media could not be loaded. Went gluten free a year back, life long wheat eater,it was quite a torture. Tried all kinds of flour. Gave up. Then a friend gifted a pack of this 'to try'. Made Puris first time and they turned out amazing. Rotis become fluffy and soft. Tried parathas , deep fried samosas and pan fried samosas. Everything works! Ofcourse the taste isn't wheat. But it's not bad. The almond flour gives it richness. Do try once if you have gone gf.One year update: you can't really make rotis and keep for later with this flour. Eat the rotis fresh or They become stale and hard really fast. So my hack is to get my cook to add potatoes to the dough, like alu Paratha, but mix with dough. Cook like parathas. they stay well for a whole day, Just heat on a pan before you eating.

Best Gluten Free Flour so far
Much awaited product from Dr Schaer at such an affordable price. It is too good to be a Gluten free flour, I kneaded the flour with a normal water without an effort like a normal dough. It made a beautiful and tasty swollen chapaties from a well kneaded dough. I have tried almost all the available Gluten Free flours in the market, but this one is way ahead.. Thank you Purefoods.

Triggered my celiac disease
READ BEFORE YOU BUYThe product is gluten free but It didn't suited me. At first, I was happy that chapattis were extremely soft but when I consumed it within 1 hour I got a terrible bloating and cutting pain , constant naseous feeling. My arms and face got covered with rashes and acne in 2-3 days after consuming this flour.It didn't suited me at all and it had triggered my celiac disease terribly. It is just expensive and high end brand.It may be gluten free but I don't think it is celiac safe at all.

Best gluten free flour available in the market
Very nice flour. Finally a gluten free flour which is very soft and does not break in pieces . The best one available in the market . Hugh thumbs up to purefoods and dr schar.

Great Atta
I am have trouble getting a nice gluten free atta.Have tried various different types but this one is the best.Yo can make anything out of it. From roti to puri or pratha. Thanks
