Imported from Bergerac following two years of barrel aging, this old world red was finished in our cellar and bottled on premise at Blue Ostrich Winery & Vineyards. Texas ties to France go back to the time of La Salle the explorer in the 17th century. Over 100 years ago Texas horticulturist T.V. Munson introduced French grape growers to our hardy Texas root stock which helped stop the spread of the deadly phylloxera. Enjoy this warm and robust red with grilled choice beef.
