I have a $600 orthotic brace and this one is much more comfortable for extended wear. Very easy to put on. I like the lower profile as I am able to work in the garden and move up and down without being hindered.The design of my larger orthotic doesn't not allow for squatting.It is designed quite well as is also easier to wear around the house than y larger one, it's also helpful for going up and down the stairs safely.Highly recommend!

Purchased for my husband , he had a stroke which has caused weakness in his right foot similar to drop foot. His physical therapist recommended that he try the brace. The brace supports his ankle well and helps him to walk more smoothly as he is not dragging his foot so much. I would have given the product a 5 star rating but the strap that holds the toe up is not long enough to fully pull the front of his foot into the correct position. I will have to take it to a local boot/shoe repair store to have it modified.

This does not fit into a shoe. For it to fit you will need to go up a full size in your shoe.

Used for foot drop for person with slightly increased extensor tone. Brace provided minimal assistance to clear foot.

This brace is comfortable, and it fits into my lace up tennis shoes or work shoes. It stabilizes the ankle and lifts the toe, which prevents falls.I have ordered 3 braces, and this is the best.I gave a 4 star rating, only because the strap from the toe to the ankle was not holding after 5 weeks or so.The company is sending me a replacement at no charge. Great customer service!Update- I changed my review to a 5 star, because the company sent a new brace, not just the strap.Excellent customer service!

I got this 1.5 weeks ago. When I first put it on and walked, it was great. I have only used it for 6 hrs a day for 7 days. Now, when I use it, I have to keep adjusting the strap every so often. The ankle stabilizers ripped out of their slots and every time I take a step they go higher and higher. I have to try to push them down again, but they never stay down for long. I am constantly rolling my ankle so this is the worst possible thing that could happen. I gave two stars because it does help with my drop foot.. a little. This just seems to be a waste of my hard-earned money.

I have tried a few of these to help with foot drop this one is the best so far ! I am starting to feel more normal again. I would have given 5 stars but it is difficult to get the brace snug around the ankle.

I had foot drop after having surgery on my leg. My peritoneal nerve was irritated and I couldn't lift my foot. They sent me home with a hard plastic insert that kept my foot at 90 deg. I ordered this after my surgeon suggested it. I must say it is a bit of a pain to put on and get right. however, once it is on, it is comfortable and I can wear it all day. I hated the plastic under my foot and this got rid of that. I would recommend it to anyone who needs this kind of support.

Mi mamá tiene hemiplegía a causa de una secuela de un accidente cerebro vascular, el pie izquierdo tiende a doblarse hacia afuera (pie equino varo), por lo que necesita un estabilizador que no permita que se doble, pero esta ortesis no ayuda en nada, ya que en los costados tiene unas barras de plástico demasiado flexibles. Lo solucionamos cambiándole esas barras por unas de metal. Por otro lado, la función de que mantener el pie a 90 grados sí lo hace, pero la tela de la traba se estira, por lo que el pie va cayendo hasta llegar aprox a 80 grados nada despreciables. Le doy 3 Estrellas porque es muy un producto muy caro para lo que es en realidad.
