Women MMA is fast pase none-stop action in every seconds, so you must keep eye on screen or you will miss exciting fight of women's MMA. Also I will recommend Hook N Fight Revolution series.

save your money and your time. there's some good fights. beat downs and submisissions. the girls go hard, but seriously, who cares?

wow my cousin is in this dvd
my cousin is lyn alvarez she fights in the ufc, my uncle gave my grandmother a copy of this dvd my cousin is shown as one of the people that get taped out which is wierd because shes one of the best they should remake one into the rise of fallen stars and show her as she rises the rank to be the ultimate fighter
