Excellent
I've used 3 different types of cradles, and this is by far the best...if it fits your need.Pros:1- Could not be easier to put your phone into it in the horizontal mode. With one hand, you use the phone to push the top up, slide the bottom onto its section, let it close, then pull it to the view angle you want.2- Attaches/holds great. I have a corolla, and I stuck it on the dash above my clock...hasn't moved since day 1.3- Easy to get phone out. Same as putting it in- one hand, a few easy steps.4- Works for almost any phone. I've used with Galaxy 2, an old Epic Touch, an iPhone, all perfect.5- No bounce for me. I see others say it does...I think this means you should ensure that both your ride and the location you'll put it don't shake alot.Cons:1- No extension piece- this is only a good option if you can easily reach the portion of your dash where you would stick this.2- Vertical hold isn't as stable as horizontal for me. It moves a little more, and putting in the phone in vertical is slightly more difficult depending on the angle at which you reach it. So, if you plan to do mostly vertical, you might want to consider a different option.Bottom line: I've had mixed success with cradles with long arms, so if you need to go that route, make sure to do your homework. If this dash mount meets your need (you can reach it easily, your car doesn't have a bumpy ride, you primarily use a horizontal view), I highly recommend it.

Brilliant Design
This is hands down the BEST phone holder I have ever seen. The ones I've used in the past require two hands to mount and unmount the phone. They were awkward, and the rubber cushions touching the phone tended to wear out and the basic holding parts broke with constant use, not to mention the suction cup losing suction over time and the mount crashing my phone onto the dashboard and onto the floor while driving. This one is a one hander and so easy to use you can't believe no one came up with the idea until now! Just watch the demo video on their site and order it immediately. Also, something I haven't seen before - the suction cup has a non drying, glue-like bonding on it that keeps the suction at absolute maximum, no leak and fall off. You stick it on, close the suction lever and never have to mount it again. On the other hand, the glue is more like a sealer than a permanent bonding, so you can easily peel the suction cup off the window and put the Neo Grab somewhere else if you change cars, etc. Two thumbs up with this one. Well done, Neo Grab!

What a mess!
I had high hopes for this smartphone mount. It seemed like a decent idea. HOWEVER, unless you want oozing gobs of viscous oily almost impossible to remove goo all over your windshield, avoid at all costs. It worked okay until summer came, then the adhesive they use to provide the extra secure mount melted. Yep. Just totally melted and ran down my windshield leaving a mess that took a whole roll of paper towels and half a bottle of rubbing alcohol to remove. (and it's still not all gone) Avoid this at all costs unless you never plan to park your car in the sun.

Only useful during cool months. Do not use in the summer.
Mount worked great for a few months, but as others have said this melts easily under higher temperatures. Since it is designed and marketed to be installed in a vehicle this limitation is unacceptable in my opinion. The materials chosen in the design should be able to withstand higher temperatures.“When temperatures outside range from 80 degrees to 100 degrees, the temperature inside a car parked in direct sunlight can quickly climb to between 130 to 172.” - Centers for Disease Control and PreventionThe picture I attached to this review shows what your windshield will look like in the summer if you use this mount. It took a razer blade, a 1/4 bottle of Goo Gone and about the same of windex to remove the nasty stuff. One advantage of this being ruined for vehicle use was that I was able to re-use it in my workshop by cutting out the suction cup, drilling a hole through the mount and mounting it under a cabinet for my phone.

Beware the goo!
I really liked my NEO Grab - worked as expected. The ability to insert/remove one-handed is a plus. However - I had two problems.1) Small problem: the angle of the VW Golf windscreen just never quite worked with it. You'd think there was plenty of scope to adjust, but I could never get it just right.2) HUGE problem: in a hot climate, the suction cup perishes and you will spend literally weeks trying to get the last traces of that gooey smudge off your windscreen. So glad I had it attached to glass - it would have ruined any other surface. I reckon I've got most of it now, after using Eucalyptus Oil to dissolve the goo, then *repeated* assaults with windex.I did email NeoGrab about replacement suction cups, but they never replied.

Holder works great but the base needs improvement
The holder works well and holds my phone securely. However, the suction cup base does not attach well to my windshield or dashboard. I've had the thing fall in my lap a couple of times while driving. Also, after removing it from my dashboard it took some of the paint with it. Never could get it at the optimal viewing angle either no matter how much I fiddled with it. I did manage to find another holder at a local discount store and swapped out the base so now it works great. Now I just need to find some touch up paint for my dash.

Good Grip...but...
A very nice grip to this product. It seems have a "stickiness" to the pressure cup...that seems a bit much, but it does stay in place. So far I'm not sure it works well in the car for mounting my Note II in the windshield. I have a docking/driving mode app, but I would prefer a mount that just docks the phone in the right mode for using GPS navigation and charging. This mount does not have either. So, while a good gripping mount, it misses on a plug and go that I had with my iBolt mount for my HTC phone. (ie just mount and go into the right mode).
