EXCELLENT PRODUCT SERVICE AND DELIVERY.

Pretty basic. Gives you an insight into how different personalities will interact and respond to different situations. One thing: it only seems to detail the major protagonist and antagonist types. I was hoping to find insight into how minor characters relate to the major players in my novel. I guess this is only a way to get basic info on how your key characters might react. Overall its a 4 star.I am wondering if I could have found this type of info by reading psych journals or books. I guess that would have taken lots of investigating and research.

I purchased this software to help develop characters for my stories. What I found was essentially a skeleton lacking in useful content. I contacted the company twice for help, but received no reply. I could not help but believe some content failed to download. I will not use it, and found it to be a waste of money.
