It is long enough
My sister finally broke our 80-plus-year-old mother's favorite spoon. We all, 4 of us, bought spoons from different places for her to choose from. She not only chose this spoon, but she asked me to buy one more. She loved the length of the spoon and said it was better than her old spoon. A Great buy.

Works good, handle at top thin and hard on fingers
Not a heavy spoon but strong enough to make and stir a huge pot spaghetti sauce and meatballs and there’s no concern of it bending. I find it hard on the hands when stirring so I wrap paper towel at the top to make it easier to hold. Worth the purchase.

a perfect basting spoon
This Winco basting spoon is made in India. I was surprised when I felt it in my hand. It is so comfortable! The head of this spoon is identical to oxo good grips spoon, but the handle makes all the difference. IT is so much better. I love it.

Do not order this spoon. It is extremely sharp.
The actual spoon not the handle has burrs on the edge and is extremely sharp. I did not realize how bad it was or I would not have thrown away the packaging and I would have returned it. After all, who would think there would be something wrong with a spoon? DO NOT ORDER THIS SPOON. To the manufacturer, this is poor quality, fix it.

Great as both a serving spoon across a very large bowl of potato salad or mixing ingredients together in a deep pot.
