Great knife, opens nice and smooth. Easy to close, making it safe. Haven't had to use it to cut a seat belt or break a window, so I cannot comment on that yet; but it's only a matter of time. I carry it every night as I work as an officer.

This knife fit really well in my hand. It feels sturdy and reliable. I used it several times and it worked great, however I will have to send it back because after the second time I wore it on my belt it broke. The belt clip screws were stripped. Needs a stronger belt clip and screws that don't wiggle lose.

Unfortunately the light barely puts out any light. It is basically useless in an emergency situation.Not wanting to break a window or cut a seat belt I'm not able to say one way or the other if those are of any use or not.The blade seems sharp enough, but I haven't had need to use it on anything yet.
