In principle this product works in terms of i can call/txt the smart watch, but the whole point of buying it and not a phone was to be able to track my daughter however the very cheap ad supported app is utter garbage. the tracker feature is overly complicated and quite frankly doesnt work lol. youl pull your hair out trying. it was only £40 but theres a vodafone equivalent for £130!that i reckon will be less irritating

Really surprised to see high ratings. I found it hard to set up as manual was printed in tiny letters and rather unclear. Tried to use different sims both payg and contract--some didn't work at all, some worked for making phone calls but not for GPS tracking. Other reviews suggest that it is not actual GPS tracker and thus can provide inaccurate location. Then the watch stopped turning on. Luckily return/refund process was quick. I was thinking that I was not lucking and another pair of watch will work better but after reading negative reviews realised that people have similar problems so decided to avoid this watch.

The watch is ok, but I would have expected a more reliable location. My son is beside me and the app shows him 2 miles away, on a motorway 🤭. Also, the camera is not great...but I suppose you can’t expect more from a watch camera. Also, the remote monitorisation is a bit weird as you can only take a photo, there is no sound.

I have bought this watch for my 10 years old daughter. First of all, the GPS location is not the exact one. It is giving the BTS Antenna location. In the beginning, we were able to make a call, listen to each other. After one week, when calling, she can hear me from the watch, I can no longer hear her at all. Battery has a very short lasting time.Please do not buy it.

Awful we have set up 3 sims on 2g at 6 pounds a go and still it isn’t working, we have inserted sim every which way possible and watched hours of you tube videos for set up but still to no avail. Waste of money I will be asking for a refund when they finally get back to me. Such a disappointment for my daughter for her birthday ☹️

Bought this for keeping track on my son when he’s out playing with his friends... it’s perfect for keeping in touch and knowing where he is and much better value than the more expensive brands. It’s durable so no need to worry about him breaking it when out playing

Great product, purchased for my 8 year old son that's not yet taken it off, its easy to set up and use, nice big clear screen. The fact that a sim card can be added to the watch is a extra bonus meaning I can get in touch with my son at any time whilst hes on his little adventures. It's also water proof this as also been tested as he wouldn't take it off for his bath tonight :) will definitely be recommending to friends.

Hi I'm just wondering how to sort an issue I got a kids smart watch and download the app ect put a SIM card in its letting me call the watch and my son call out but when i try locate the watch or save numbers on the app ect it says no networking equipment ? Im confused of you could help please
