Overall I love this item. Handles on ball allow your wrist to perfectly aline to make for a more comfortable grip for many exercises. The printed labeling of weight however had already began peeling off after first use.Update: I own three of these and the sticker, heat print is now yellow after six months use. Very disappointed!

Love love love it!We use this in our home gym and it's just what me and my wife were looking for. I can perform at least 20 different exercises with this because of its handle design and grip so it is totally worth the money. The quality is great and it is well made. It came with an exercise chart and I was I able to find bunch of more workout videos on their website.I highly recommend this product!

I love the color. Its larger than I pictured it being. It takes the place of my dumbbells and kettlebells this weight and I come up with fun excercises. I want to get the whole set!I gave 4 stars just because of the price.

Came in two days. Boxed VERY carefully. Exceeded my expectations. Also came with a very handy excersize poster which was great.

It arrived in a box, uncushioned or protected. Luckily it was in tact. Looks like expected. Good quality. The higher weights were unavailable so I settled on this one, albeit the price guaging.

It’s pretty heavy and it’s balanced I love working out with it. The material allows me to grip when my hands are swearing. I typically wear gloves to reinforce the safety. I love it and recommend you add it to your workout equipment.

I love this ball , I have a bad wrist and this ball allows me to hold it the way my wrist allows it to and the texture of it is amazing . I also use it to slam a a medicine ball if you hold the handles on the outside it will bounce ,it’s great for you to achieve a workout if you have arthritis in your wrist or wrists

With bad fingers and hands I need something to hold onto easily and this is it. Easy to lift and easy to use in my workouts. Highly recommend it. It also DOES NOT SMELL bad like other handled medicine balls. I think other buyers will like it too.
