Color is bright, odor flavorful. Taste is good, more flavor than plain old red pepper flakes. Not too hot for this old palate. I know it's from a special place, but price may stop me from buying again. Not because it's not worth it, because my budget is limited!

This spice has less heat than cayenne pepper and a lot more flavor. So you can add more flavor without going overboard on the heat
