It is better than a previous posture corrector tried. However, I’m not feeling much of a difference in my posture or relief from upper back. I’m new to this type product and do not know how long it takes to feel a difference.

It seems like it is trying to correct your posture, but the material it's made out of is so flimsy that it doesn't really enforce good posture. In fact, it's like most terrible posture braces you can find online, in that the straps dig deeply into your armpits and cause heat rash. I'm a skinny person, so I wouldn't think this to be an issue, but it is very painful after about five minutes of wear. I think it's probably worth your money to buy a decent, proper back brace or shoulder brace instead.

This is a amazing posture corrector. Put brace on just like wearing clothes and adjust the tightness till u are comfortable. Also I wear it for gym as well . Feel more strength on my back. High recommended

A good purchase. Previous suspenders wore out quickly when the snaps became loose. These are as advertised and have performed excellently so far. I have had no worry that they would become loose.

I've had this bag forever (in blue) and I love it. However after abusing it, I'm looking for a replacement - hopefully when I get this it'll last another 12 years!
