The concept is good. But not worth the money spent. Ideally, you can go to any grocery store, buy the powder, pour it in your glass, add some salt and drink it. It tastes just as same as this.The protein power is just a marketing gimmick. At the end of the day, it's nothing but crushed bhuna chana. Its best if taken in Summers.

Being vegan it is consumed with all raw vegetables for 3 days during the week. This is purchased 3rd time. But ordered for 4 bottles this time. Very good protein suppliment.
