Puppy Friendly
I had guess come in from out town and it’s snowing where I live. The dogs come from warm climate. Putting the grass in garage area worked perfectly for the two little dogs.

This is Cheap Chinese Crap
This I ordered to replace the artificial grass on my dogs potty. The grass arrived with a terrible chemical smell, shedding everywhere to the touch, folded with a permanent dent and wouldn't lay flat. The glue on the bottom was so caked on that I couldn't possibly see how liquid could pass through (which it says it's supposed to do) which is what I need it to do for the pad underneath to absorb. Thinking maybe washing this first with hot water might loosen up that glue and release the dent, I took this grass to my shower. I kid you not, the shower head 3inches from the pad running full speed and the water did NOT penatrate the pad. How in the world can this be a dog pad if the pee is just going to sit in the grass? My dog is a 7lb toy poodle, she wouldn't pee anywhere near the force or the capacity of my shower head, so this pad is faulty. Not to mention adding water just increased the amount of shedding and I had to stop this plastic crap from running down and clogging my drain. Since it already has a bad chemical smell, what is that going to be like once it is peed on several times? After the shower experience, my hands also had a slight rash, so I'm gonna guess whatever is in that glue on the bottom is not pet safe. Returning it!

Suits it purpose
Flimsy material And it’s bent when it comes and it’s hard to get the fold out of it when I put it on my trainer pad. Buy a few and you’ll be fine.

These are really cool!!! And really affordable if dog is allergic to grass
She hasn't peed or pooed on these yet. But I got a feeling my 2 Chihuahua are going to be very happy this winter. One decided last year that she is just gonna use the litter box, but she is like 3 lbs...it's fine to be an indoor dog......but my other I inherited from my mom this February, when she passed...and she is 13lbs and she gets startled easy. So I am thinking about lining the living room floor with these....we will see if she uses them...but she is 13, and kinda old short for 19 inch snowfall in Central Washington...so this year, we are either going to put a rug down outside, and move it for her to poo outside this winter, which means lifing a rug with 19 8nches of snow piled on it, or use these next to the litter box,for the puppies, which sounds like a easier way. They pee in the litter box already.Dogs are so smart....but not as smart as cats.lol

Great For Our Elder Dog
Our elder sheltie was having issues, letting us know when she had to go out and urinate. So we already had the frame that we used for another dog, we just needed the new "grass" for our present senior dog. It fit fine, works very well, not difficult to clean and is odor free after cleaning. I am an old dog trainer so I am persnickety about doggie items, so you can't go wrong with this for your puppy training or your elder or sick dog.

If you use some common sence and read the reviews these are great!
These grass patches come folded up smallish in a package which leaves folds in them and with a few loose pieces of the artificial grass in the bag. Let neither of these things concern you. It's much like an artificial tree that there will be a little falling out from time to time but nothing crazy. The folds flatten out the longer they are layed out and I spray them with an enzyme cleaner and let them sit for 2 or three hours then wash with cold water (the cold is important, these are held together with an adhesive that will come apart with hot water or in a washing machine) and dawn soap. Air dry and re-use. I started training my pug puppy with an attractant spray on puppy pads then after he had the hang of that put the pad under the grass patch and wham one patch trained puppy. That did all take several weeks as training does so not really wham but you get the point. You must have something absorbent under the patch they are not meant to catch the waste just simulate grass. Poo sits on top and is easy clean up with either toilet paper and flushed or bagged and pee flows right through to the pad beneath. I switch the two out every other week to clean as we keep them around and available for bad weather and the occasional long work day. He uses them with no problem even now at a year old. Happy pup and happy me. It's a minor chore to maintain them that I don't even think about anymore, just part of my normal to do list. My cleaning method isn't THE cleaning method necessarily, just what I figured out from reading the bad reviews and putting two and two together.

Makes a mess and edges are not sewn closed
This makes a mess everywhere, raw edges that have stringy plastic that my dog quickly ate up.
