Very nice flags, although they weren't quite what I thought ...
Very nice flags, although they weren't quite what I thought I was ordering. I thought I was ordering flags that matched another Valley Forge Flag Co flag that I purchased elsewhere earlier this year. That flag is just Duratex, not Duratex II. The difference is that the Duratex resembles a solid cotton fabric that feels quite substantial and isn't see-through. The Duratex II is an equally substantial material, but up close, you can kind of see through it. That, however, is what gives the Duratex II the ability to better withstand wind and rain than the old Duratex. So, I'm very happy with the flags because in their particular application, they are out in the weather quite a bit. From even a slight distance, you can't tell the flags apart, and the Duratex II flags are just as beautiful as the Duratex flags. Their weight gives them a good drape from an angled flagpole affixed to a porch column, and a good wave in the wind, unlike flimsy, cheaply made flags. The Valley Forge Flags have embroidered stars and sewn stripes. Very nice construction.

Don’t leave any flag out if you are expecting a big storm
We live in hot, sunny and at times, windy FL. Our flag lasted about two yrs and finally got ripped but that is because I should have brought it in on a very windy day. The colors held up. What I really like is that it does not stay wet and doesn’t fade fast

Fine Flag Still Flying
This flag has flown 24/7 in front of my house for the past 17 months or so. We have a lot of wind, especially in the wintertime, and it's held up very well, much better than the last one I had. I'm very pleased with it.

Beautiful flag and material
Did a lot of research on different flag materials and the Duartex II was a top pick for me. Vibrant bright colors, has a sheen to it so it glows in the sunlight. 3' x 5' flag needs a 6' pole to be properly flown, when attached to your house mount. Sometimes flag will wrap around the pole but it eventually unravels itself. I fly my flag 24/7 so we will see how long the vibrant colors last. Beautiful flag and material. Worth the cost of this flag over others due to the Duarte II material. You get what you pay for and flying "Old Glory" at her best, is priceless.

Best Flag
Yes, these DuraTex flags are pricey. But they last longer and have better color retention than any other that I've tried. Even in a high wind, high UV area like Texas, the DuraTex flag lasts about two or three months longer than any other US flag I've found.

Vendor stamps product with their brand/ advertising
Flags Unlimited altered the product by placing a multicolored branding with their name, logo, Tampa Florida, 800 and made in USA on the seam. Pure advertising spam of a product in box. This didn't come this way from Valley Forge and was not disclosed.

Vibrant colors and great craftsmanship
So far it has exceeded my expectations. We will have to see about the durability and the material quality time will be the only way to determine that.

Slightly See Through, Very Strong!
We usually leave our flag up through all of the gusts and usually replace 2x a year. This flag is great! I was not aware it would be see through, so understand the weave is not tight and the fabric does show light through it including sun. So far we have had monsoon and 70mph winds, it still looks great!
