This massage chair really meet my high expectation. I had a bad experience with other massage chair but decided to give it another try. I really like the different functionality this chair is offering. I have occasional lower back pain and it gives a spot on massage to where I need it the most. This product is definitely worth the price. I have to say that this chair is easy to assemble and it doesn’t take too much time either.

I fell in love with my chair after the first use. My muscles were so sore that I had to wait several days to use it a 2nd time. I had an even better session the 2nd time around. But the 3rd session killed it. My favorite setting is the whole body massage setting in manual mode. It cycles up and down all the way from your neck down to your hips. On my 3rd use, this setting stopped working properly. It would either go up to your neck or down to your lower back, and then it would stop there. That's it. No "whole" body as the remote control states. It still works overall, but without that setting I have to constantly manipulate the controls. That's not relaxing. The purpose of a massage is total relaxation. You can't get that if you're playing with the remote control every 20 seconds.

I still cannot decrease the intensity. The rollers hurt my lower back, and the legs squeeze too hard. Could I maybe have the wrong remote control that goes with that chair? Could someone call me at your convenience and walk me through how to correct this? 361-332-2087Thank you.Sandy Melton

when I decided to purchase a massage chair - I initially was planning to get the one from costco for over $2000. It only received 3.8 stars out of 5, and for that price I want the 5 stars. So I found this one for cheaper, $1,044.00. Overall it does what I want - massages my back. However, the chair is designed for a much smaller person. I'm 5'6" 165lbs, and I fit pretty snuggly in the chair, but the massage balls go a little higher - like my back needs to be longer. The air pressure is pretty aggressive. I'm unable to use the arm pressure (if you are unfamiliar, it's like compression sleeve) the press EXTREMELY tight, I put the instruction booklet in the arm slot and struggle to get it out with the pressure on. The calf air pressure is better but it occasionally gets a little too much. Good news is you can turn it off.Things I like - you can turn off/on the air pressure, you can turn on/off the heat, you can adjust the massage balls to a specific area, reclines pretty far.Don't like - the rollers don't line up quite right, and you have to manually go through each body part if you want it to be in the right spot, There are three types of massage, but you can only manually select 2 of them, the compression pressure is not adjustable.

First one I ordered, was supposed to be black, box said black, opened it and it was brown. The foot massage quit working on day 2. Sent it back, got the second one in and this one has an extremely loud and obnoxious buzzing noise when the air compressor kicks on. Sending this back for a refund. Moving on from this chair. Highly disappointed.

This massage chair is best thing I my life. I have my stressful day and after I taken a shower then set on this chair, I feel like my body is gone to some where else. It’s feel just that good, but I can’t say it’s prefect too, it’s quite expensive.

Good purchase but we had to put a lot of blankets on it because it’s a little harsh

This chair is absolutely amazing. Total relaxation! I feel refreshed after I use it every single time.
