Nice waterproof case
I had to buy an oversized waterproof case since I have the extremely large Note Edge, and this was the only one that seemed to fit the bill. The Note Edge DOES fit inside very easily with no case on it, with room to spare. It won't fit with the bulky super protective case that I normally use, but I have a slimmer case that does fit inside nicely, so I can still use it with some protection for my phone. And if you follow the instructions, the audio, video, and touchscreen, as well as all other functions of the phone, seem to work perfectly. I have not yet had the chance to field test it, but I did soak it in water for several hours with no leakage whatsoever. The lock levers are easy to use, and are removable for cleaning out dirt, and the lanyard will be great to throw around my neck when we float on the river so I don't lose it. I think if properly used and taken care of, this will be a nice waterproof case so I can take my phone to camp or swimming or wherever and not have to worry about water or sand or dirt.

Float trip saver!
This is a wonderful alternative to high price, high failure rate, waterproof cases. For most phone users you can use your own case with this pouch, and continue to use your phone through the pouch. The price asked for the KONA XL Pouch currently is $14.95. $15 bucks to protect your $400+, and in some instances $1000, phone from the elements. That is a small price to pay to protect something, to some of us, that is so valuable. The material used for the main section of the pouch is clear PVC. KONA claims to have a 30% stronger seam weld on their pouch versus others, and while the actual value can not be confirmed by myself, in my opinion, it does feel stronger at the seam then the previous pouch I owned. While in the water, actually submerged, the phone was easy to see. I used this pouch on our recent float trip in the Texas Hill Country, and two hours on the river, not a single drop of water got into the pouch through the seams or the top locking seal. It protected my iPhone 6+ from harm, but did cause the phone to overheat in the Texas sun faster. A quick dunk into the rivers cool water, chilled the phone down to a usable temp. KONA includes a lanyard with each pouch. While I found it annoying to be around my neck, it was easy to tether my phone to the inner tube so it was not lost. For use I would suggest to place your phone in the pouch with the bottom towards the opening. This way, while in use, water is going to fall off the seal, instead of resting on it. The pouch has enough room to hold your ID and cards, most phones, and in some cases a spare battery. The Anker’s PowerCore 10000 gives its dimensions, and that battery, with a little work, fit with my phone in the pouch. Could not use it to charge in this manner as the lightning plug on my iXCC cable was too long and would not allow the seal to close. If you get any waterproof pouch, bag, or case, please test it fully submerged for at least a few hours. My pouch was tested when received for 6 hours under 12 inches of water. I filled the cavity inside with paper towels and when the pouch was pulled out, the paper towels had not absorbed any water.

Gets the job done
Used a handful of times so far. Never had problem sealing the water out or using the clips. Only issue is underwater, sometimes the plastic will touch the screen and mimick that the screen is being touched. That's a hassle when using phone to record video underwater because it'll zoom in and out obnoxiously or do a burst shot when I'm trying to take a single shot. You can really use touchscreen effectively under the water. You're still able to manage to take pictures and videos, just need to finesse the method. You can see in the video of the zooming thing I was talking about. Sometimes it's a bit more obnoxious than that.

It works!!!
I purchase this so that I can put my iPhone XS Max that already had a waterproof case (otter box) on it that was big enough for a vacation I took in June and this one was a perfect fit!! I had previously purchased a similar waterproof sleeve (not this brand) without having it in a waterproof case and it ruined my phone so this time I wanted one just so I can carry my phone and money in it. This case actually held up and there was NO water seeping in AT ALL!! The only slight problem was that I had to touch my phone screen several times to get it to react but that may have been because of the dual protection. The cord held up my entire trip and didn’t break, it’s still good to go for another round. Overall good buy!!

The only phone case for water protection
The best case for my iPhone. Finally! I purchased this brand a few years ago. I think 2017 and now again 2024. Well, I ordered a few other brands this month and they didn’t fit my phone. They didn’t open wide enough or cheaply made. One case actually broke my screen protector. Then, I saw a recommendation for this brand. And, I noticed it was a case I had many years ago. I was thrilled to find it. It’s definitely one of the best cases out there. With the previous case, we were able to take in ocean and snorkel and do other water activities. No issue with water. I would never consider another case besides this one. I’m so happy to find it again. It’s nicely made. Nice size. Can use with case. Holds up for years. Nothing negative about case. Biggest positive is the opening and size. Others can’t compare. Not cheaply made.

It's doing what I need
I wanted to put my phone in this while I mow so I don't have to clean off my phone everytime, and it falls out of the cup holder. Anyway, it works great, my only complaint is that it's that stiff plastic and I can already tell it's going to rip soon. If it doesn't in 6 months I'll update my review.

Works exactly as it should. I've taken it to the beach several times, including a few times tipping out of my kayak my phone stayed bone dry. You can still use the phone keys through the case, though my fingerprint reader wouldn't work properly, which is hardly surprising. I have small collection of similar waterproof cases, but none of them are able to accommodate my LG Velvet, which is 6.75" tall in its case and considerably bigger than any phone I've previously had. It's a good product and, especially if you have a large phone, well worth it.

Very impressed with the case. Kept my IPhone 8plus dry when white water rafting in the Grand Canyon for 5 days. Only thing is you need to squeeze out excess air before closing, otherwise the touch screen will not work. Pictures were clear of water spots or obstruction. Best item I brought to the Grand Canyon by far.

Kona Submariner Large Waterproof Phone Pouch - Swipe Sideways On Any iPhone, Samsung to Take Photos - Universal Pouch Bag for Cell Phones with Case Up to 7.2 inch Diagonal GIANT waterproof case. Fits SAMSUNG NOTE 10 PLUS with an OTTERBOX case. Thats huge. I like this thing because i can slip the phone in to waterproof pouch without removing the CASE from the phone. It's that big. I use this as preventative measure for the phone... NOT for regular submerging under pool. HOWEVER does it work? yes. I can put the case under water and no leaks. For me when i'm in the pool texting or taking pix, i like to know i can have some insurance if i accidentally drop the phone in the pool or hot tub. the only issue i have with this case is the neck strap clip is metal and that will easily corrode in pool water. I wish it were plastic.
