I was a spoiled, hair products snob before the pandemic left me disabled. Now, this "Inflation Explosion" has made it impossible to spend $30 (from $18!) and I milked every LAST drop out of my Redken Extreme Anti-Snap! I believe I have found a very good alternative in this Sebastian product. Applies easily and delivers from the dry ends; here are the differences to be aware of: 1. It comes out super fast! it doesn't pump like Anti-Snap. 2. It's not a thicker liquid like Anti-Snap, it's watery. 3. I don't notice a nice fragrance, which lingers to remind me my hair is looking good! 4. It's a weird looking, milky red. But, it delivers

I have been using Sebastian Potion #9 for over 30 years. But recently I had to stop buying it because it has gotten WAY too expensive! They charge way too much for 5oz. I remember when I could get a 5oz tube (yes, it used to come in a tube!) for less than half the price it is now. This Sally version looks the same, smells the same and works the same for way cheaper. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Hair felt a little gummy for a leave in conditioner. Made styling a bit more difficult.

I love this to control my frizzies on my pixie. You hardly need any at all. Has a pleasant but not strong smell and is not greasy or sticky, and does not leave residue.

I was a HUGE fan of potion 9 in the 90s when I'd steal it from my mom. So when I saw a generic version I had to. It makes my hair so soft and manageable and it's an excellent first set to laying products for desired results.

This is just like Paul Mitchell, except cheaper. I love it. Besides the name-brand itself, I've never found anything like this. My hair dresser neighbor gifted me a bottle of the Paul Mitchell leave-in conditioner for my bushy, woolly, frizzy, dry, blonde hair, and I found this in my search for a cheaper alternative. It makes my hair so soft, and no matter how much I put in, my hair never gets greasy (affirmed by a friend who is much more attentive to good appearances than myself).

Half the price of Sebastian brand. I buy this at a beauty store but it’s cheaper on Amazon. Feels and smells great. Wonderful for my curly hair. So smooth! Not crunchy
