I was skeptical, but after trying it for almost two weeks I noticed significant changes in my posture. I have back pain due to my poor posture and have had a slight decrease in pain as well. It is easy to put the posture corrector on. There is velcro in the front which can be tightened or loosened to fit individual needs making it one size fits all. It is washable, folds easily, and doesn't take up too much space in a bag when traveling. It really does work!

This lamp is kind of ugly, but I like the light it provides so much that I don't even care. The timer feature is probably great if you're into that kind of thing. I like it for drawing and reading, the lowest setting is enough to read by. The nighttime option, which is dimmer and redder in color than the normal setting, which is very blue (or white?), is dim enough that I often fall asleep with it on while reading. I tend to turn this dimmer setting on as my bedtime nears, and combined with minimal smartphone usage, I find that I fall asleep much faster. It's nice not having that awful blue screen burned into my eyelids.

I use this lamp for drawing. I use color pencils and sometimes when drawing when it's dark I happen to get wrong shades for not being able to see as great. Sometimes even when it's cloudy I choose not to draw for that reason.This light does a great job at lighting my surface without being too bright or too yellow. The fact that I can extend it to where the light is only about 5 inches of the surface helps a lot when I'm working on a large drawing and I don't want it getting in my way.Even when the sun is out and there's plenty of light in the room I use this light to light up where my arm or hand causes a shadow.Compared to our ceiling light this light provides even more brightness which is great!!Specs: This light has 4 levels of brightness1, 2, 3 cycle around 1 being dim and 3 being brightest after passing 3 the light turns off.the 4 level is accused through the night mode button, which is only on and off.The great thing about this option is if you're on medium level of brightness and don't want to go through the brighter level before turning off you can press night mode and it goes straight to the dimmer level, press it again and it turns off. I saw another review complain saying you have to get the light very bri fu the before turning off. But that's not the case.This light has a 1 hour time out option which I have not used since once I'm done drawing for the day I just turn it off myself.in conclusion this light is awesome and I'm very proud for purchasing it. the price is great and it looks fancy too! Now we just have to see how long it lasts.. haha

I've been using this light for about two months and totally recommend it. The base is heavy/sturdy enough to hold the tilt of the light's neck at any angle and the light does have a 180-degree movement away from the neck. Just to note, the light is not battery-powered so it must be plugged in to turn on; the cord is about 3 feet long.To explain the light modes, there are three "buttons" on the base to control the light:1) yellow dimmed light2) white light with low/medium/high intensity, to change the setting you simply have to tap the button again3) 1-hour timer - the light turns off in an hour (which is useful when you want to limit whatever you're doing to remind yourself you need to get to bed, like me hah).Other reviewers say this is really good for portability and I would agree, though I don't really move it around myself because it lights up my desk just fine. The intensity modes are different enough that you'll definitely find one that suits you most; personally, I tend to stick to the second mode because the first is just a tiny bit too dim to properly read without straining your eyes in the long run. The only con I can think of is how short the cord is (I had to move my desk closer to the outlet just to reach) so make sure to measure how far away you're putting the light source from the outlet.TL;DRI do recommend this product for desk use since there are four light modes (3 white light modes of low/medium/strong intensity, 1 yellow dimmed light) and a 1-hour timer. Heavy base and firm neck of the light ensures it won't fall over so the structure will definitely last a long time. Not battery-powered and comes with 3-ft cord.

Love it! this lamp is excellent. Very good brightness settings (you don't need a dozen different levels, 3 is plenty for a normal person, especially since most of us only have it either on the brightest or off a majority of the time). The foot of the lamp is a small profile which takes up little room on my desk, but is plenty sturdy and won't tip over if bumped. Some people travel with these. I don't really know why you would, but when I moved, it was very handy how small this gets. Gone are the days of figuring out where to put the lamp shade in the moving truck.I like the nightlight function, but not where it is in my bedroom. In my room, the lamp is on a desk near the foot of the bed. That puts the lamp above my head while I sleep, making the bulb visible. It's too bright for me to sleep when the bulb can be seen, but if I tilt the lamp down, the nightlight is not too bright. We use it mostly when our kids are sick and we expect them to wander into our room for help or comfort at night.I don't use the 1-hour timer setting much, but I suppose it's nice to have. I expect it could be good for reading or working on something before bed when you want to limit yourself to an hour. You could turn on the timer and quit whatever you're doing when the light goes off. There's no indicator that the timer is on, which is perhaps why I don't use it much. As far as I can tell, if you touch the button, the hour begins, but if you then touch any other button, like changing the brightness, it turns off the timer.Conclusion: I'd buy this again and recommend it to friends.Hopefully that's helpful.
