It works well when you poach it in its sealed packaging
This frozen salmon worked well when I poached it in hot water in its sealed packaging without opening, but it didn't work well when I steamed it open or fried. I defrosted it first and placed it in hot water for approx. 15 - 20 mins until softened and the water cooled down to warm temperature, turning it occasionally for even result. Opened the bag and the result was pleasing - it was soft, moist and delicious. When I fried it or steamed it open, it went all rubbery. I would definitely buy it again as they come as individually wrapped and following this technique.

X4 fish Expensive,,,
X4 pink salmon, Not very nice taste , quite dry, even though cooked in butter , very expensive for 4 pieces of salmon .
