This book is a very comprehensive book for Gout. I love it how it explains what it is, what causes it, how to prevent it, what are the medications used for it and what are the home remedies that can help people with gout. I like to keep things as natural as possible and what I like about this book is that it tells you about food products that are probably already in your pantry or the things you probably eat but not enough. Natural is the best way to go. I like this book because of all the natural remedies it provides to heal, treat, and manage Gout. Easy and fast read if you quickly want to know all you need to know about Gout and its management!

I appreciated this short, easy-to-read book of gout management strategies. It is a quick reminder of the things I already knew along with a few new things I will be trying, like the baking soda regimen. Thank you. This is the perfect no-nonsense, compact little guide for those that suffer with gout, It explains the disease in a manner that is easy to understand for those of us not suffering and trying to avoid it, since it does run in the family. The list of foods that are good and bad, is informative and the tips for simple lifestyle changes that will alleviate symptoms very practical and easy to implement for most. The everyday recipes are a bonus. I will send this to my mother!

Bought this for my dad and he said it was a very useful, informative book!!

I bought this because it was advertised at $1.99. I realised it would be a short book but I figured for 2 dollars it might have one or two points that would be helpful. Instead I was charged TWICE at the full price of $4.99. And there certainly isn't anything of value in here that you can't find on the internet, so it certainly wasn't worth $9.98 for a 20 page book. Not even worth $4.99.

I bought this book for my son who was suffering with gout. In December last year was the worst pain he ever experienced. He read this book, (I read it first before I gave it to him to have some insights of the disease) and he told me it helped him a lot to heal. Today, he is pain free and a gout educated individual who armed himself with a knowledge on the causes and treatment for gout. Thanks for this book. I was so happy for him. As a mother, I would do anything to help my son with what ails him. I am so glad that I bought this book for him.
